Pros:Car was fine, pick-up and drop were fine. My issue would be with the signage on the buses (on EVERY window of the bus) letting passengers know you are limiting the number of people onboard and requiring all to wear masks to protect us. And then the driver just keeps on letting people board - every seat was taken, people were standing and maskless.Cons:Actually complying with the signageReviewed May 10 2021

Pros:The front desk gentleman was great and very helpfulCons:The vehicle was dirty inside and out, windshield has smudges all over the inside glass, car had not been vacuumed well, the outside was dirty as well. My first time using your service outta DIA and was kinda disappointed compared to my usual rental. Also the car was not in the best shape considering I paid for a premium vehicle, a Cadillac what was dirty, had a few dents and scratches, around the car the wheels were curb rashes pretty good. I get they are rental vehicles trust me I do, I used a rental often but when you pay for a upgrade you kind of expect and nice well kept vehicle for your money. The car also had a slight odor to it when we got, not sure exactly what it was but it went away about a day or two later so it wasn’t too bad. This review is not meant in a bashful way, it’s constructive feedback. Your customer service was wonderful as I said and customer service goes a lot farther in my book so for that I appreciate the service but the cars could use a litter more attention. Pros:The return process was easy enough, compared to everything else we endured.Cons:Well, I've never had such an awful experience with a company before. Renting a car in Denver for 6 days to ski, we became aware of a massive storm that would trap us in the mountains, and a death in the family. I called Alamo to inquire about adding another driver to the car (the only way to get the other party to the funeral on-time, and let us avoid the storm). Alamo's number in Denver directed to a national hotline in Tennessee. The gentleman was completely unhelpful and insisted we physically be present at an Alamo location to add an additional driver (again, impossible, given the circumstances). He assured us that the Denver location would call us back (they never did). We even tried calling through the general airport hotline to be directed to the individual location, again, nope! Alamo basically gave us zero options and left us high and dry. Talk about first and last time ever using this company!Reviewed Mar 15 2021
