Entry agent was agreeable but not overly friendly. We received a different vehicle than I thought we were getting. I had reserved a Ford Econostar 12 person van but ended up with a Kia van with a third row. It did meet our needs and was a very nice car, but you had to climb in through the hatch to get to the third row. Thankfully we only took a few local trips after we reached our destination.Reviewed Mar 12 2026

It would be more safe if the car had blind spot mirror indicators, specifically when travelling on the interstates. All and all very safe vehicleReviewed Nov 8 2024

It was really good except we specifically booked a Hyundia Santa Fe and when we arrived to pick up the car they only had a Chevy available to us. Kind of felt like a bait and switch.Reviewed Aug 31 2024

Car wasn't really clean inside nor out, didn't have car we'd reserved. Wipers on car didn't work--this was a safety issue. Paid more for this car to get a Ford transit or similar, instead got a minivan. If we'd wanted a minivan we would have reserved one.Reviewed Aug 13 2024

Charged me an extra $120 to switch my drop-off back to the original pickup location. I booked a $140 rental and it ended up costing me $331.Reviewed Jul 21 2024

My experience with Dollar was very good overall, but the brakes needed replaced on the Ford Edge that we rented, and no credit was given for that.Reviewed Mar 19 2024
