Pros:Staff unable to check whether I could use AARP or AAA discounts at time of check-in. Said I needed a “code.” Or maybe a secret handshake?Cons:Rental vehicle did not have a snow brush snd it snowed 2 of the 5 days I rented the vehicle. Come on - it’s Minnesota March weather madness!
