I made a mistake and ordered the cat a week early. Rental would have been 185 dollars. They charged me 100 bucks for a car I never even got. Cancelled reservations more than 24 hours in advance. Cons:I was charged an extra $107.00 for something. I still have no idea what it was for and the receipt, which was emailed to me, does not disclose the reason for the charge. I will have to contact Hertz for an explanation. It might have been done in error but it did not apply to any extra that I agreed to pay. I am very disappointed and was quite surprised to see the amount on the emailed receipt.Reviewed Mar 24 2021

Pros:Staff was friendly and helpful, especially at drop-off.Cons:My car was booked to be picked up from the downtown St. Paul location, not from the MSP airport where I needed to pick it up from. I paid extra for airport fees, which is fine, but I would have preferred to know those fees would be charged up front, rather than feel like this information was withheld or that I was tricked. I own my mistake, but ask that you please make the location more obvious when bookings are made. At least 2 friends have had this experience when booking with a 3rd party like Kayak.Reviewed Oct 19 2020
