First of all, my dates were changed. When I went to the Kayak website to rent a car, the dates were different and I didn’t notice. When my husband picked up the car, he didn’t receive the one he reserved and ended up paying $300 more due to the date error. I will never use Kayak again. At the desk, the attendant did not ask if we wanted to purchase the gas option, he just put it on the bill and told us to sign. It was not clear. He also did not tell us how much it would cost, and did not tell us how much the toll additional fee would cost. I said no to the protection but did not understand when he said the others.
