Pros:Staff was AWFUL! The car I rented was not in the lot upon arrival, so I had to rebook and was charged MORE (double)! I did not get my money back from my previous booking.Cons:Honor previous bookings! As a car rental facility you would think that the car you booked would be in the lot!Reviewed Mar 30 2022

Do not rent a car with this company. At pickup, the salesman used deceptive sale tactics and added charges to my account without confirming the charges. He processed the payment before confirming the total charges. The morning after drop off, I was charged an additional $127.00 with no explanation. I am still trying to connect with their customer service to determine why I was charged this.Reviewed Mar 8 2022

The pick up line was an hour long. We saw associates standing around and not looking to get the lines down. There wasn't a car walk around for damage at pick up. The windshield was cracked and we told the lady at the both who let us out. She said she would note it. She didn't and they tried to blame the windshield on me when I dropped off. Additionally, the price was changed on me from when I booked online. They almost doubled it. When I asked about it the attitude was take it or leave it. I will never rent with Thrifty/Dollar/Budget again.Reviewed Feb 27 2022

I landed late because of air plan problem, i was trying to call them to confirm the pickup no one answer, and they don't have a bus to take you from the terminal to their office, so i ended doing another reservation with Avis and you guys take my money for no service 😡Reviewed Dec 31 2021
