It is horrible how the LAX pickup point is run. The pick-up location for the car rental at Terminal 5 was effectively blocked by people who had parked their vehicles there while waiting to pick up someone. No LAX police were present to uphold the fundamental "no parking at any time" rule. After waiting at the Terminal 5 location for about 15 minutes, I made my way there with my family, and we boarded the shuttle within 5 minutes at the Terminal 4 location. One couple who boarded our shuttle informed us that they had waited at Terminal 5 for an hour and thirty minutes in vain.Reviewed Apr 25 2023

Why does enterprise ask for additional proof of Southern California residency even after a drivers license or passport show the home address(which is located in Southern California)? It was a minor hiccup in an otherwise extremely easy and smooth process.Reviewed Jul 31 2022

We've used Enterprise many times in the past, as recently as Nov '21. It was very frustrating to go to rent our vehicle and being told we need to provide an utility bill, banking statement or credit card statement to be able to pick up our car. I happened to have an email from the USPS about mail being 'held' with our address but that wasn't good enough. After 10 minutes of searching what we could access, I finally was able to access a credit card statement with our address on it which verified our address. Really ?!!? Who travels with a copy of a utility bill ?? Having this happen after 24 hours of traveling turned a somewhat smooth transition into a frustrating event making me reconsider using your fleet in the future. The agent was helpful but your idiotic policy overshadowed her attempt to be helpful. You may want to highlight these criteria on your website so people can be prepared to provide what you are demanding.Reviewed May 11 2022
