Nice people there, and bring car to me very fast. I choose the lower price plan that let them pick whatever car they have to me, they give me a nice Toyota Sienna XLE Hybird, car is clean inside but they didn’t wash the exterior.

I needed to pick up and drop off AFTER hours, which I coordinated with Medford Hertz PRIOR to arriving. They educated me on joining the Hertz Gold Plus program and completing ANY car rental, to activate the after-hrs Medford pick up to "skip the counter". No one else had cars in Boston Logan, so the day before, I rented a car for a few hrs in my hometown in order to get the Medford MA skip the counter car. The rest of my experience was great too! If you try to pick up after they are closed and don't pre-arrange, you will likely NOT get a car. Thank you Shavaun!

The staff who helped me at pick-up was very kind.1. the car smelled like cigarettes. 2. They did not have the class of vehicle which I reserved, and I was given the worst vehicle i've driven in my life. I needed a car for a golf trip, and the vehicle I was given couldn't even fit 1 bag of golf clubs in the trunk.

The staff was excellentThe broken rear view mirror was a repeating problem. It would not stay in position. I had to stop numerous times to readjust it because it would close onto the door while on the highway making it impossible to see out the back on the right side of the van. Not acceptable.

The staff at Hertz Rental Car were helpful & friendly. The car was comfortable & was the best price out there. The office was in a location that was easy to get to.The Hertz location that I went to did not accept debit cards. It would have made my experience much better if I had been informed of that ahead of time as I had to go back home to get my credit card. Even better, I thought they did not have a viable reason for not accepting debit cards in the first place.

Car smelled as if four people Chain smoked in it. Rental agency had no other cars on the lot to exchange. Felt sick entire time - smell was so strong. I ordered a VW Jetta and got a Chevy Malibu.

I love having a Hertz so close to home. Not a good choice if you're renting from the airport but for Camberville people, this is a great option!
