Great Customer Service
Pros: Good service on pick-up/drop-off. I prepaid for a whole tank of gas and only used a 1/4 tank. Upon return, the person checking in credited my total amount for a 1/2 tank of gas. That is great customer service and will keep me coming back.
Cons: The car (nisan versa note) driver's seat was not that comfortable. I had difficulty adjusting the back of the seat.

Great rate great vehicle great service
Pros: I had a family emergency so I was 12 hours late picking up the car and needed to extend the rental from 4 -7 days. They accommodated both requests without increasing the rate. LOVED the Jeep renegade!

I got a car.
Pros: The staff was very friendly, explained the conditions thoroughly and treated me well. They offered to switch me into a larger car if I were to come back the next day which was appreciated.
The car was clean and it was easy to find.
Cons: The car I got was one size smaller then what I had reserved, which is significant since I'm pretty tall. They offered to switch me into a larger car if I came back the next day, but since I was only using the car for two days it was not worth it. I gave one day's notice, which I'm sure impacted the selection, but a larger car should not have been advertised if that were the situation.

Easy Return
Pros: Easy to return vehicle, good signs.
Cons: There was no attendant so we had to go into terminal. It's a small airport and it wasn't difficult to du that. Just would have been faster with an attendant on hand.

They almost got it right...
Pros: Customer service.
Cons: They don't offer EZpass on cars rented to New York state residents. It makes zero sense considering we have bridges & tolls.
