Nov 2020
Cons:
Offer wasn’t clear location did not include transportation from to airport, so had to eat that cost separately obliterating any savings discount. Also access to parking garage failed and office did not open at posted start time so had no help to drop off after sneaking into garage on piggyback of a condo resident, then had to park in avis shuttle slot since avis section of garage was locked closed by a chained gate.9.6 Wonderful

Pros:
When we got to the hotel to pick up our rental car we were told they had no cars and we would have to make other arrangements. We saw 4 other families being told the same thing. Wow. They did not help us in anyway. I would never renting a car using priceline again. It was a scam.Cons:
When a customer rents a car, make sure you have a car for them to rent. Scamming deals on priceline is false advertising.5.2 Fair

Pros:
Staff person who assisted with the rental was very friendly and personable, and apologized for the amount of time the transaction took.Cons:
Took too long to pick up the rental. There was one person ahead, and apparently issues with the second computer at the rental booth. I was given instructions to find the general whereabouts of the car in the hotel parking garage, but not escorted and no walk-around to check for previous damage.7.6 Good

San Diego location is a pain to drop off at. You have to drive all the way to the top level of a hotel parking garage, then take the elevator down and go into the hotel lobby to find their desk. There’s no signage directing you where to go.One location in Coronado

Got to San Diego airport to get our car we pre rented. They said that the reservation was for down town. There was no easy way to get to the down town location. I only requested airport locations. You did not make that clear on the location. We had to pay $55 more than you quoted. Very Frustrated and disappointing. Not a good way to start a vacation. Howard8.0 Very good

Pros:
Without a choice or notification, Kayak decided to provide a rental car off campus from the airport my family was flying into. After an Uber ride to the downtown location separate from the airport location and shuttle services we obtained our car. If it wasn't for an unseasonable downpour my family wouldn't be so sour or wet from this inconvenience. Fare warning to package offers from Kayak. Make sure you know the airport address before taking the deal. Enterprise rentals made it right by the inconvenience of the services of Kayak by waiving the return of the car to a different location on our departure.9.2 Wonderful

Pros:
Top-down motoring. Great service at the F St location.Cons:
Outward visibility is seriously limited with the top up, which it was most of the time because SD was suffering through a nasty heat wave. It's a very large car in a city of very narrow parking places. Combine that with long doors, and you have a recipe for difficult ingress/egress.One location in Coronado
