Only one person working and shared for shuttle and
Cons: Small airport, one person only working. Nice guy; however, need two people. One for shuttle and one for drop off. I had to wait 20 mins for drop off.

Not located at the terminal
Pros: The car was perfect, the people are lovely, there were no big issues. There was a chip in the windshield, but not a major problem.
Cons: Not knowing this airport, the assumption was that the rental car would be at the terminal with the other rental car agencies. It was over a mile away, I needed to be accessed by a completely different route. It did cost us a bit of time, but fortunately we were not pressed hard to the minute.

Horrible
Pros: Nothing, really? I was eventually able to rent a car?
Cons: Impossible to find. Attendant was wildly unhelpful. Cost on kayak was much much lower than cost at the counter. When I tried to get insurance through kayak it didn't happen, so was stuck with a much higher cost by budget.
Can't say enough how bad this experience was.

Pros: That I got my vehicle so I could leave the place
Cons: The person at the counter was so rude! No good customer service was given at anytime we were there. He even was on his phone taking a personal call while trying to get our vehicle! Not going to that Avis facility ever again

Cons: Car was smoked in, took a while to pick up and drop off due to only one staff member.
