8.0 Very good
Pros:Enterprise is consistently great on service, easy rental experience, and competitively priced.
Cons:My compact / economy car (35K miles) had a smoker previously and although the car was cleaned, when the car was parked in the sun, the smoke odors came through. There were burn marks on the seats. I hope Enterprise will not re-rent smoking cars as this is really unpleasant but also a safety hazard.
Pros:Horrible, drown yourselves
Pros:Very friendly and professional service. The car was great.
8.0 Very good
Pros:The car was very comfortable.
Cons:Needed to be cleaned.
Pros:Speed in check out
Pros:"Jon" (didn't catch his last name) did everything to make this great. He waived a drop off fee and gave us a break on gas, plus he gave us a larger car than we paid for. This may be my best rental experience ever.
