Car not available at one terminal - had to carry the luggage and walk over to next terminal. Upon reaching was sent back because they did not have any cars ready - so ended up walking back and forth before one smart lady in the office jumped and took control and took care of us. Thanks to her.

I get there and they said they didn't have a reservation for me, then after a minute they found it, then said "we don't have any cars at that price" then reluctantly offers me another vehicle at the same charge. I then give her my debit card and she tells me it's declined, had to call my son to come pick me up, we went down the road to Enterprise despite the fact the it was a little more expensive some how my card that was declined just minutes before went through with no issues whatsoever.

I chose pick up at the terminal within the airport. My reservation was for an offsite Hertz. I had to take a $50 taxi to pick it up. The car smelled like smoke.

Customer service was not good. We had a flat, we were in Tennessee and it was raining and when we call for assistance they told us that since we had a complete tire in the trunk we had to change the tire. If we have to change the tire again then we had to call for road assistance. It was a complete disaster.
