Cons: Had to wait over an hour in line to pick up a pre-order car. When it was my turn, I had the "pleasure" to complete my transaction with a "virtural customer service rep" and halfway through the transaction the computer quit. So back to the front of the line. After all the paperwork was completed, I was given the instruction to inspect the car und to hand the filled out form to the attendant. The only attendant visible was the one at the gate before leaving the lot. After searching for the ignition switch, I realized that the vehicle was "keyless" and after looking for the key, I found it in the cup holder. Sad that this is the srevice you get if you are not at "Gold Member:

Reservation and Pickup
Pros: Vehicle was fine. Customer service able to honor 'online Kayak' reservation despite location was not at the Las Vegas McCarren airport as requested. Must give a call out to the Kiosk person she did a fantastic job!
Cons: Online reservation was supposed to be for Las Vegas Airport and this was what was requested and instead the actual reservation was placed for West Sahara st. location in Las Vegas. This created computer location difficulties as the 'kiosk' operator could only access the McCarren airport reservations. Kiosk response at McCarren was somewhat long and laborious with several customers experience problems. Only one person was actually working the front counter as a 'live' customer service representative. All of this created a very long delay time.
