Hertz told us that they do not take third party reservation and they donot have cars for us and ask us to leave . We did not get any car and spent 60 bucks on taxi back and forth between hotel and the rental place for nothing . And then four days later we got billed 84 dollars for reservation of the car from Hertz . I donot know how you two are running the scam business against people . They took my reservation, we’re not open for business that day (Saturday). So I couldn’t get my rental which totally screwed me! When I called the 800 number they were no help and basically said oh well🤷🏽. Will never ever use kayak or them again!Reviewed Nov 13 2024

Car smelled bad inside but great otherwise. It was a manager's choice car. 30-45 minute wait for car to be ready but apologies were given for the delay. Much cheaper rhan at the hotels on the strip and return was to the airport on our last day so it was greatReviewed Oct 27 2024
