Pros: Walk to pick up the car. Car was ready to go and front desk was quick and friendly. Dropped it off, same experience. Walked home. Most excellent experience.
Deception
Pros: Workers were friendly and welcoming,
Cons: The remote entry key didn't work and I only found out after I got to my house. I had to drive all the way back to the Enterprise branch, and was told that I would have to wait at least 30 minutes for the battery for the remote entry key to be replaced. When I asked for another vehicle, I was told that there were no other midsize cars available. Fortunately, 20 minutes later another midsize car became available.
Excellent Service
Pros: The 1st car that was assigned to me had some smoking odor to it. They immediately found a replacement at another branch and drove me there. They also accommodated me with a more convenient drop off location, as the Alameda office was closed on Sunday.

wrong airport

Cons: You gave us a reservation for the wrong airport. When we got to Oakland, there was no reservation at Oakland. We checked every other car rental and there were NO cars available. We were forced to go back to the airport (because of the time) and rent a cab that cost us $65. We will never use Kayak again.
