Pros: I liked the fact that they told me they had no cars for me seen I was desperate and said if I’d pay for the added insurance ect I’d get in a car
Cons: Cleaned and sanitized the car before renting it to me.... the GM at the burien location seen the car was dirty and not cleaned during these CIVID times I feel betrayed after I brought up I couldn’t use the car it was a too bad too sad I signed the agreement papers
Pros: Staff was friendly and it was a smooth in and out compared to airport! I will do this again and avoid renting at airport!
Cons: I got fast service but the guy after me had to wait bcuz my car was being vacuumed out. They had only 1 guy helping and the other customer looked agitated as he went to find someone after waiting 10 minutes. Can’t please everyone. Maybe it was lunchtime?

Some good, some bad
Pros: The pick-up and drop-off was really easy. Enterprise allows the spouse to be on the rental without requiring an extra fee. The car was a good mid-sized car and easy to drive.
Cons: When we picked up the car, it was dirty inside and out. Obviously they hadn't washed it after the last people dropped it off, and there was dirt on the outside, plus dust, dirt, and oily crud inside the car. We had already had a long day of travel and just wanted to get going, but I've never been given a car that wasn't clean. It was a surprise from Enterprise. There was also only about a half tank in the gas. Clearly nothing had been done since the previous renters.
Even worse, we got a $60 ticket because the stickers weren't up to date and the front license plate wasn't in the appropriate place. They knew we were driving to a different (adjacent) state (because that's where we were dropping it off). So they should have been aware of the requirements there. Hopefully it won't be a problem getting them to pay it since it wasn't our fault.
Pros: They made all the needed changes I needed when I came into Seattle and made my trip much easier!
Angry with cab ride needed to pick up rental car!
Cons: We did not expect to have to take a cab from the airport to pick up our rental car! We also did not expect to have to return the car to the same location requiring another cab to get us back to the airport! Our reservations were made through Kayak to pick up the rental car at the airport so we were very angry when they did not have a car for us.

Cons: Car was not as new and pristine as might be expected elsewhere, but it looked good, ran fine, and posed no hassles.
The Enterprise location is about 5 miles from the airport and they do not provide transportation. So, you need to be prepared for a $15 taxi ride each way, or $33 if you take Uber.

Cons: Rental can't be transferred to another nearby location.
