Handy for the Holidays
Pros: Mike was super customer friendly.
Cons: The pick up took so long we ended up making our own arrangements to get there. To make up for it, when it looked like the drop off would take too long, Mike arranged and paid for an Uber.

They almost killed Christmas
Pros: At least three guy who called me seemed genuinely remorseful even if he couldn't do anything for me.
Cons: They called me 2 hours before I was supposed to get my car and informed me that they wouldn't have one for me. And then they just suggested I try one of their competitors and literally hoped that this hadn't ruined things for me. Fortunately, it didn't, but it was definitely a memorable Christians Eve failure on the part of Enterprise. I loathe them.
