Cons: I forgot my sunglasses in the car, and I called the same day in order to retrieve them. However, the associate has informed me that they will call me once the sunglasses were found. Pros: local (nearby) rental office personnel (Kunal) quickly offered help in transferring my booking from a distant location to this location honoring same deal (price). I appreciate that.
Cons: Rate ($27/day for economy class) in-spite of best deal offered online is still high, I'd have liked it to be around $20/day at the most.
Pickup/Dropoff took forever
Cons: They are very slow at tending customers. It took a little over a half over for me to finally get my car. There wasn't even a line to get to the counter, just 3 customers sitting down in chairs waiting like me for their cars.

Pros: Enterprise delivered on all accounts. It was easy and stress free. They offered a free up grade with no hidden costs because my original type of car reserved was going to be 20 more minutes than the SUV that was available. I have never rented from Enterprise, but I plan to return any time I need to rent a car.
Cons: The location of the rental car was not at the airport as I requested. It was several miles away, with no shuttles to get me there.
