I cancelled my reservation. It took several days trying to reach someone at the Enterprise Car Rental Chesterfield, MO location.

Despite the reservation, I was told no cars were available. Ended up having to take a Lyft for a 2 hour drive

I got charged almost $90 extra dollars and when I asked for help I was told “idk it’s above my pay grade”….i have 4 kids..I can’t play about my money. Everywhere was perfect at return and I pumped gas before returning it as well. It was clean. I’m not sure why they couldn’t help.
