The vehicle was great. Service was wonderful - picking up and returning the vehicle was quick and easy. Justine, and all of the staff, were friendly and helpful.
Smooth and easy, no wait picking up or dropping off
It was the best car rental experience I’ve ever had, honestly. Kou made it a breeze and I felt he heard my concerns. Thanks for everything, I will definitely be looking for Enterprise for my next rental.
Friendly, helpful. Loved the vehicle
Not a good experience when I requested my contract. They said they would email it to me. However, it's been seven days now, and I still haven't received my contract, even though I kept calling them every couple days and reinstated my email and my text phone number, and then they haven't done neither. I haven't gotten an email of it and I haven't gotten a text version of it. So for this reason, I will not rent what enterprise any longer.
When I come to desk, they say that they dont have cars today
when the system(kayak) transferred the pickup/dropoff locations, the browser seemed to reset the information. Enterprise had no idea that I would dropoff in San Diego

Enjoyed the Chrysler Pacifica. Nice to drive.
