I was charged for insurance I didn’t use because I canceled my reservation

I did NOT get the vehicle I made a reservation for. I was very frustrated and the associate who assisted me, was rude like and she was a manager. So, this trip was not good for me.

The personnel were nice but very unclear on insurance coverage even though I repeatedly asked for clarification. Also dropoff instructions were wrong which was not nice in the middle of the night.

We reserved a premium SUV to move our daughter back to school well before the date we needed it. We got to Enterprise at 9:00 am - right when they opened - to get a car, and all they had were mini vans. No apologies. No explanations. Nothing. We walked out and will never be going back.
