Well, first let’s not kid ourselves this is Fox Rent a Car. They are not located with the main rental car companies at the complex. Instead they are about a 1/4 mile away in another area. The moment you get there, it’s about the upsell. At checkout, mind you this was pre-paid, he tacked on gas and tolls. I never said I wanted either. So, then there was that. Everything was filthy, the shuttle bus drivers were taken from nascar and it just reeked of used car lot vibes.Reviewed Feb 16 2025

Drop off was great. Very helpful, friendly person. Return went very well, smooth! Pickup was terrible!!! 1-1/4 hours wait with two very slow representatives checking people in. Extremely hot and humid. The representative were slow as molasses. All he tried to do was up me on getting a more expensive vehicle. ( i know he was doing his job) But when I say no his reply was “ you don’t have to be rude!!” Terrible experience for all the people waiting in line! It took so long there was a couple that left t the waiting line and went to another car rental agency! Terrible Terrible CHECK-IN Service!!Reviewed Feb 16 2025

It wasn’t clear at the time if booking that the rental facility was off the airport and required taking the train and then a shuttle. It is easily 20-30 minutes extra to picking any other rental from the rental car station. This information should be available upfront.Reviewed Jan 12 2025

The pick up lines were long and tedious, even after checking in. Vehicle pick up is a bit far and everything is self checkout now. The vehicle I received was worn and ridden, many small items did not work and were damaged or defective. The interior was very worn. Returning the vehicle took more time than it should have, needed to find a check in person and damage was noted that was with the vehicle at the beginning as I take thorough videos of the vehicle at pick up. I believe the entire process for a company of this caliber and in Europe, should have been more efficient.Reviewed Jan 11 2025
