Everything was top notch from the representative pulling the vehicle up to the door and giving us tips for drop off for our departure back home. All other budget rental car locations need to model this one. The car cleanliness and maintenance was great!

Cons:

The gal at counter was not present. Would not let me charge to a new card, had to be the one one file. Gave me keys to a suv that had seat buckles all chewed up by a dog, totally broken. She knew I had 3 car seats or kids, too. No empathy, horrible service. I would do anything I can in future to avoid Budget rental car at this airport.

They are attempting to defraud me with fake damages. The pictures of the “damage” don’t even show anything. If you google it they do it all the time. I will be pursuing legal action.

Representative at pick up was incredibly professional and nice. Representative at drop off in Denver was outstanding! Checked me in and out quickly, efficient, with respect and courtesy, this individual went way and beyond performing his job 👏 I Will rent again from this company. This has been one of the best car rental service that I have received in 15 years. Thank you for a wonderful experience

Our rental agreement included "I will fill gas tank" option. We drove very little, so it only needed $8.25 to fill the tank. However, I was charged an additional $38.18 for "Fuel and Service"! What a ripoff!! I didn't have a physical receipt, but I did send the details from my CC statement.
