Cons: I paid a car advance from my card over the internet and when I wanted to put my car in a position so the car could not stand out of my visa card at which $ 50,000 was not good for the position but the payment was good? so I lost over $ 100 that nobody has ever returned to me never again more Hertz and never going to America again

Pros: The staff were friendly and full of useful information regarding my rental and my options. We inspected the car together while Matthew took photos of the car's condition and emailed them to me. When I returned the car, they gave me a ride to my hotel. I'm really impressed with how amiable and people-oriented the staff is.

Dirty car, no answers and 0% customer service and 000% empathy
Pros: The car I got was amazing, satellite radio is just great.
Cons: No parking provided for your own car, if you want to leave it there overnight. No time to answer questions or show any sort of empathy with your concerns Car was covered in mud and dirt. It looked like a Monster Truck dirty. No introduction or name tags or anything. I have no idea who I talked to, all I know is that this individual made me believe or suggested that he is the "Manager" and that he will talk to his employees because "they promised to much when we won't do that much". The whole time I was there I felt rushed and that the "manager" just wanted to get rid of me. Note: There was nobody waiting, I waited for two customers and I was the last in that moment.
