Being located downtown was the only thing this hotel had good, but could also be the bad part as construction around the building was loud and you can constantly hear the car alarms blaring from outside. Pros (+) Breakfast was great but the juice machine would break halfway through the morning on two days. I really enjoyed the bacon strips and cheese omelets. Staff was terrific.
Cons (-) We had a two room suite and the fold out bed in the couch was extremely used, dusty, and uncomfortable.

Pros (+) Everyone who worked there was super nice! Location was great.
Cons (-) Fire alarm went off at 5 am and it took a full hour for the staff to get it turned off. I got the impression from several staff members that this happens fairly regularly. There was also no organized announcement of any information, so many guests weren't sure if there was an actual emergency or not.
