Pros (+) Very upscale atmosphere. Older hotel that has obviously been well maintained and improved upon. Everything about the hotel is classy.

Cons (-) Room was worn. For $200 a night, I expect furniture that is unscratched and a bathroom free of rusty hinges and moldy silicone.

Cons (-) our friends got super huge spacious rooms with suites and KITCHENS!!! We asked for an upgrade and had a small room way way down the hall and around the corner, what is up with that?? No one answers the phones - called room service, front desk, conceirge, and the operator---VERY ANNOYING THAT NO ONE WOULD ANSWER REPEATED PHONE CALLS will not stay here again..,.,
