Great location. And the roof top bar was really cool! Bed was extremely hard. Did not sleep well.

The location isn't bad, but the signage could be better. You have to be watching for the turn, and in Buckhead, traffic is usually bad. The front desk checked us into a handicapped accessible room.. which wasn't bad until I went to use the shower. The only option was the handheld shower attachment.. again.. not bad, but there was no way to fix it in place in such a way that it didn't blast water i...

Pros (+) Bed was very comfortable, quiet, nice view, close to everything for my teen daughter to shop and be entertained. She enjoyed the fitness area also. The Chocolate Torte cake in Allora was memorable!

Matt, Jan 2018 - Hotel Colee, Atlanta Buckhead, Autograph Collection
Pros (+) Nothing
Cons (-) Kayak.com’s customer service people were worse than Comcast. gettig a refund for a reservation I had made 10 minutes earlier was the worst ordeal I’ve been through in a while. If kayak thinks that they are saving money by outsourcing call centers, they are gravely mistaken. That was the business thought process of the 90s that has proven to be detrimental to a company costing them well over the mo...

Barbara, Nov 2017 - Glenn Hotel Autograph Collection
Pros (+) location was great - VERY close to the ferris wheel. Rooms were clean and decorated with a very modern/trendy decor. The bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) Very unfriendly staff. Robe was VERY small! Hotel is hard to navigate - you have to go up some steps for registration....and down steps, and up another few steps to get to the elevator, which is hard to find. The restaurant staff was inattentive, and more concerned with mocking a customer that had left earlier than asking if I wanted a table, or would like to see the menu. (All of this when the re...

Pros (+) I have stayed here many times and the staff and managment previously would give you no hassle. It’s suppose to be “whatever whenever whatever!” meaning whatever you want you get and they kept that ideology! Up until the merger. The company has hired poor customer service close to that of concast and thier rude customer servic? “Amazing after I have stayed with SPG properties over a 100 nights and ...

Pros (+) The location can't be beat. The hotel restaurant is great, most of the surrounding, walkable restaurants are great, and the staff is upbeat and professional.
Cons (-) The bed sucks! It was flat and lumpy. The pool is the size of a kiddie pool, most shaded, so few sears even at 11am and no tables to eat at there. The street noise is loud and my room was directly over the valet area so I could hear the noise all night the the people coming and going to get to the rooftop club. The overnight fee for a car is a ridiculous $38. I live 3 miles up the street so I took...

Pros (+) Good location.
Cons (-) Room wasn't very clean. Drywall had damage. Phone didn't work right. Shower leaked a little. Towels didn't smell fresh. Overall it was very bad and I would never stay there again.
