  Pros: good service on time performance comfortable ride

  Cons: movie selection was terrible but worst part was landing and the hand off to United. Getting thru customs at LAX was horrible! had a short connection and both airlines just left us completely on our own. no coordination or help getting thru mind you we were in flying business class! and we got a complete lack of assistance getting to our connection.
