Staff behaved dismissively, had no availability and in two bookings I still ended up with no rental. Drove to 2nd location, smugly said can not help. Didn't have time to call to alert. Was aloof that I'd driven all the way there. No remediesCons:

Did not like that enterprise's locations said there were cars available, however, there were actually none. I understand there was a recent hail storm, but don't say there are cars available when in fact, there are none...Hertz

Pros:
The car was clean and I didn't have to wait long during pickup.Cons:
I was told one rate and paid nearly 100% more. without many other options the day of, I was forced to pay which really disgust me. All of the car slots for drop off were filled and there was not really a place to park except an area where it clearly says "do not park". Not sure what they expect customers to do.2.0 Poor

Budget officer at DFW airport refused to give me the car even though I show him my "ON LINE" confirmation number, he said the the reservation was from other location (which it did not make any sense to me", and he offered me in replacement of my reservation another offer with more than double price.3.6 Poor

I liked that we were able to get the vehicle I thought I reserved, after they told us is wasn't available.Cons:
I didn't like confirming the car with the lady at the pickup center only to arrive and have the car not available(she called to confirm 20 minutes prior to me arriving. I let her know I was literally on my way). Also, the vehicle was FILTHY. I cleaned the interior myself because there was dirty sticky film over the hard surfaces. I used a anit-bacterial fabric spray on the upholstery for good measure.2.0 Poor

Nothing, got a call on the day of pickup to say no cars available!! Avis Recommended I not Avis phone other branches to check for availability! Unbelievable!! Nothing was available! So I had to book a car from a competitor at 3x the rateCons:

Pros:
I liked the vehicle I got, the Kia Soul. It was comfortable and a easy vehicle to drive. However then did not clean it before it was rented to me so it stank like cigerate smoke and had dead bugs across the whole windshield.Cons:
When I went to pick up the car it was very busy and I waited 25+ minutes. When I finally got the car it was dirty and smelled terrible. There were bugs smeared all over the windshield and the inside was stained by cigerate smoke. However when I went to return the vehicle I pulled into park and there was a man yelling at me that I couldn't park there. I told him I had to drop off the car and he said he didn't care I couldn't park there. However this is were I had parked when I dropped the car off and several other people were already parked there. I said ok and drove around the block and parked on the street and went to return the keys. Then the lady at the desk told me I had to bring the car inside the garage because she couldn't move it if it was on the street. I went and tried to bring it into the garage and the man continued to yell at me (he worked for the hotel in the same garage) I said I was going to park there anyways and left the car and got out. He then proceeded to curse at me and tell me my car was going to be hit. I said thank you and went insdie and have the lady my keys and she immediately went out and moved the car. I just don't see what the big deal was for this man. Also the quote from Kayak was way lower then I actually paid. I was quoted $174 and actually paid $326. For these reason I will never go back to this location. They need to get some better parking options.Thrifty
