Pros: Avis and budget have a glitch in their system that creates an invalid report on your driver's license. So I was unable to rent from them and they were not willing to call to fix the situation. I was able to rent with zero problems from another car rental company. This is the second and last time I will try to run from them.

Slow pick up-fast drop off
Pros: The return process was quick and easy. Parked, had an AVIS rep with me immediately. Got the receipt. On the bus to the terminal.
Cons: The pickup process was painful. The line was 15 deep when I joined. To their credit, the counter people worked quickly. Thirty minutes at the counter. Much longer than I would like.

Not what we asked for
Pros: We specifically asked for SUV like a Suburban. We called the day before pick up to confirm that because we were transporting a couple of pieces of antique furniture to a family member in Oregon. And were told all ok. Called again before pick we called to reconfirm told all is good. Size was key. On pick up we were give a small SUV Smaller by 12 inches in it's length. Avis was unappolagetic for this. This required us to braked down 3 boxes that were going on the trip and some how find room in the SUV before we could proceed with our trip.

Dirty, scratched ashamed to drive the car
Pros: The car drove nicely
Cons: It was dirty from the previous driver, dusty, greasy smudges on everything, stuff on the floor, dirty Windows, scratches all o et the car, I was embarrassed to pick up clients in the area. broken car charger. Nearly impossible to find an address to return vehicle, then when I finally got an address, my Gps didn't recognise the location. I went to the wrong place the first time. then the attendant told me to get on the green bud and pointed do o got on it but it took me to the wrong terminal. I nearly missed my plan.
