Cons: I didn’t realize I would be on the top floor and there is no elevator. I wish I had known to request a low level. The stairs are quite steep as it’s a very old building. Carrying our bags up was difficult.

Pros: The hotel itself was nice, but being from out of town and unaware, realized we’d made a huge mistake - this wasn’t Provincetown, MA (Cape Cod). Alexa (Alexis?)! at the front desk was SO nice - she understood the mix up and canceled our reservation right away. So nice! For that great service, we highly recommend this hotel!

Hate surprise extras and heard other guests agreeing to $50.00-$100.00 differences in less cost of exact room I booked while waiting for room.

Pros: The staff was OUTSTANDING... Olivia, Danial and Mary where especially amazing, but I promise you the entire staff was great. The newly renovated lounge was like being taken back in time to what I imagine an old speak easy would have been like. The coffee shop had a "Woodsman" latte that was out of this world and I highly suggest you get two. I have raved about this hotel and experience I had with anyone who will listen. lol I will definitely return.

Cons: The second night the bedroom had a funky smell, almost metallic-like that went away by morning. Also, there seems to be no sound barrier between the room underneath, laying on the couch we thought there were people talking outside the door, until we heard the tv and realized it was below us. It didn’t bother our sleep though.

It is so different from your generic hotel- beautiful minimalist decor, stunning natural light, and close to everything in Providence. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the owners were lovely. They have their art studio in the same building which was also really cool. We already got some of our photos back and they’re absolutely beautiful. I’d definitely recommend the Due House Lofts to anyone.

Cons: The neighborhood is definitely lively on the weekend so it was pretty noisy until about 2:00 am. There is a bar and a music venue nearby so if you’re a very light sleeper you might have trouble. We solved that with a white noise app on my phone though!

I was emailed by bookings.com to get upgrades to my room if available and I wad charged for the 40.00 in upgrades even thought I didn't get them. Thankfully the hotel refunded the money back to me, I probably won't go through booking.com again because of that. Also, I paid about 100.00 more for my room than what I should have because I booked months in advance and the price never got adjusted for me, I still paid the price I reserved the room for they could have adjusted the cost for me matching the actual price of the room.

Cons: The hotel was a noisy . Heard lots of traffic, and could hear people in other rooms. Could use more sound proofing. But over all it was super clean, hallways were clean with no piped in fake scents. As a chemically sensitive person, this was a pretty good hotel to stay in. Best if they used unscented laundry detergent.

Cons: They don't have a kettle in the room. I called the front desk but was told they were not able to find one. So I had to boil water for my instant noodle by using the coffee machine. Not too bad, but hope you could fix it.

Cons: Passed through a cloud of tire smoke pulling off the interstate, thanks to what appeared to be an illegal crowd of street drag racers just down the same road the hotel is on - fortunately, this racket wasn't heard from the room.

Cons: I can’t say I didn’t like anything. We enjoyed our stay. However, we have not received our credit of $300 yet. We made reservations for 2 rooms One for myself and one for friends. Upon arriving my friend paid for their room with their own credit card. My card was already charged. I was told I would receive a credit in 3 days as of today we have not received our credit. I called on Friday and was told I would receive a call back, I have not . I am hoping this is resolved by Monday. Please advise status.
