The concierge staff is very helpful. We arrived at the hotel at noon, after almost 24 hours of travel. We were exhausted. The front desk staff reminded us that check-in was at 2 p.m., but proceeded to allow 11 other couples/families to register and go to their rooms before 2 p.m.. We sat in the lobby for 1 hour and 45 minutes. The front desk did not check with the cleaning staff until we had been sitting there for an hour and a half, and I went to the desk a second time. Not a great way to start a vacation.
Excellent Proximity to main attractions in Rome, friendly Hotel staff, Nice Street, nice rooms,
I liked that the hotel offered us a better room after initially trying to put us in a not renovated room that would have made me leave it at once were it the only choice. I liked that the hotel immediately brought us better pillows after we asked for the hard foam ones in our room to be replaced. I liked the breakfast and the friendly staff
Friendly welcoming staff Nothing
the service in the hotel was excellent. rooms were dated
The setting and quality of staff, we enjoyed our stay and were upgraded although we did lose the balcony suite booked. Very convenient for our stay in Rome and we would book there again An initial lack of coathangers, only 4 provided but more were provided on request. Also a problem with heating/AC
Everything was great, from the room, to the staff, to the location. Nothing.
While the location is great, and the reception, bar and restaurant are beautifully decorated, the room itself looked a bit out of date and used. There were stains on ceilings. We also had a difficult time keeping a comfortable temperature (too hot) even though we were there in mid-November.
Staff was helpful and courteous. Excellent location Room was dated and somewhat shabby.
Friendly staff!!! Spacious room(too much for overnight stay), nice bathroom, good breakfast. Price a little steep for one night.
Nothing only the location the room was old and noisy its not a five star hotel i wont give it 3 stars
Excellent location. Well established hotel. Great value, Would definitely use again.
Loved the rooms, the size, and the shower! So many rooms have terrible showers or shower pressure, this hotel was great in that regard
Great location, decent breakfast, nice bar, and great staff... Horrible mattress........
Interior design (of rooms) & convinient location for shopping. We were a bit underwhelmed by the breakfast.
From front desk to breakfast and bar staff, everyone was very welcoming, friendly and very patient with our limited Italian! Large room with balcony was great - very comfortable but not fussy. Great paintings everywhere!
Friendly staff, good space utilizatoin and modern style There is no WIFI Internet service in the rooms. The rooms needs better ventilation. Although they are clean, they can easily catch any smell.
newly renovated, the interior design is very beautiful, clean rooms, central location between piazza del popolo and the vatican. in general we stayed fairly satisfied with the hotel. the room was small and the breakfast was very basic.
The hotel staff were very friendly. The showers in the bathroom were a little small.
Good but overpriced hotel (as most in rome). Good location (near vatican and piazza del popolo) Small room for a 4 star hotel. Average berakfast.
A great place To stay in Rome. Breakfast was regular.
Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the hotel and restaurant. There was a strong oder of disinfectant throughout the hotel. You could feel the springs in the mattress.
Location. The room was extraordinarily dark, and I'm typically a fan of less lighting. It was also much smaller than advertised online; staff said they had included the bathroom size in their calculations. Staff were not unprofessional, but less than friendly and welcoming. This became even more apparent when we changed to a neighboring hotel where staff were superb.
Location The room had a persistent mold/mildew smell that we could not get away from. The bathroom door would not stay open and was very heavy. Staff was made aware and they said they were booked for the night, but we could switch in the morning. We never heard back.
location is good.
it was clean and somewhere to stay price
The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff we exceptionally friendly especially Antonio. Best hotel visit I have had in a while. Location was perfect as well.
The staff were very helpful and the parking very convenient also a great buffet breakfast The front room proved very noisey - had to move and was put in a very small room ,
Nice size hotel - not too large. Handy transport links to metro for airport/getting around the city Lovely breakfast buffet - large spacious dinning room Helpful staff The shower - flooded the bathroom everytime I used it - which left a damp smell in the bathroom.
There hospitality They all have service with smile
the hotel was near the metro station .so its very easy to travell in rome using the metro, it near the shopping streets . the staff was good .. the breakfast was very poor
The room was great. We stayed one night only to get back home and fly out of Rome. We were 10 minutes from Ancient Rome and the colosseum. We discovered we were three blocks away from the church of the holy steps. If you are Catholic you must visit the church and climb the steps Jesus did on your knees. The steps were from pontiff pilot palace in Israel and brought from Israel by St Helen. The staff was great and breakfast was excellent.
Very good breakfast and very good location! Everything was perfect!
Fabulouse breakfast and wonderful friendly staff, happy atmosphere
Very clean and efficient staff The road noise - very poor window soundproofing on th street side. And ineffective airconditioning. Not overly serious problems or we would have metioned them to the hotel.
To be honest i have nothing good to say about the hotel. Its near the subway thats it really. The room was small and the bar was not opened when we got there on are first night. No internet in the room or the bar only in the hall. The shower was broken. I cant believe its a four start restuarant.
The hotel is close to the train and city busses and metro. The initial rate was acceptable but not for the extended rate. Friendly and helpful staff. It's 25 - 30 min by bus or metro from the most popular city attractions, the Vatican, Coliseum, Piazza Machina Navona etc.
Close to Termini train and metro. OK breakfast. Inexpensive. Some A/C remote control did not work. Many TV channels had no signal. The rooms on stairs have very low front door and no lift access. Wifi was very weak in some room.
The rooms were clean and small but I didn't come to Rome to stay in the room the whole time so that was not a problem. The man at the desk was super helpful and nice. The shower was a disaster, there was virtually no hot water and definitely not enough hot water for two people to shower. I couldn't wash my hair the entire time that we were there and my boyfriend and I had to alternate as to who showered in the morning and who showered at night.
The location and the room was very clean and nice. Their breakfast was great to start off the day and most of the staff were very nice, the younger ones could work on their people skills a tad.
Location is good and has very very nice breakfast. Room is clean and quite comfortable as a 3/4 stars hotel. Air conditioning not working well. Also the safe box is not working too.
location very good.staff extremely helpful
It's a nice, small hotel, not on the main street (just around a corner). Buffet breakfast was very nice. Very small rooms. The toilet flushing was terrible (room. no.104).
Great location, 5 minutes walk from termini and about 15 mins to other attractions. Breakfast lovely, staff helpful, rooms were very nice and bed comfy. Perftect for a short break away.
friendly staff the room is quite small, and not sound proof
The service was amazing! The rooms were clean an comfortable. Great location! Nothing
They welcome you with a complimentary drink and cookies, which was great. the location is very centrical, the room very clean and the staff was great..fantastic! We would stay here again.
excellent location, rooms are small but they have everything, bathrooms are beautiful, once again they have everything, even tv in bathroom, clean, very comfortable, delicious breakfast with many choices, staff friendly, good value for money, can't say enough good thinigs
Very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely nice breakfast which started at 7am so enabled us to have a full day sight seeing!!
consigliere Mario and others terrific TV poor. No inroom internet service. Bathroom floors not washed
The location was perfect for walking to most all of the tourist sites! Most sites were a 10 minute easy walk. We also loved the breakfast room with a view, and the breakfast was really good too. The morning desk person was very friendly and most helpful. He spoke English well and even helped us book our train ticket to Bari. We didn't like the hard bed and flat pillows. But that is personal preference.
The rooms were clean. Reception staff helpful. The hotel was not a 4* more like 2/3* hotel. The breakfast buffet was very poor, compared to the previous hotel we stayed in which was a 3*.The upgrade rooms were just standard rooms, compared to the English Choice Hotels we have stayed in previously. Had a problem with our standard room, but it was sorted out quickly and reasonable.
Very friendly front desk reception and helpful service staff. Location was sick walking distance to beauty sites, restaurants and bars. Breakfast was ready, fresh and had a sweet terrace view of the city. Room was mediocre size and amenity wise (physical dimensions were small, linens and things were average).
great location, nice little bar in lobby, great view from breakfast room.
convenience to centre attractions smoking odour throughout hotel; we had to change rooms on the second day because of this (I specified non-smoking room); bad odour from washroom as well on first room. Bread at breakfast was not fresh nor was scrambled eggs and bacon cooked well; and coffee was warm not hot.
The location was great-within walking distance to everything. Unlike many hotels in Rome, it was quiet because it was not on a main street. The rooms were mostly updated and had a very charming decor. The person at the desk recommended great restaurants. They keep the dirty toilet brush next to the toilet, causing the room to smell. The hair dryer was old and did not work; I was ignored when I told the front desk about it. It appears that the hotel employees receive a cash kick back for recommending tours and transportation. The tour they recommended was not good. We asked for a taxi to take us to the airport and without our permission, they sent a private car which was more expensive.
The staff were very friendly. Breakfast over looking the terraces was nice.
The day clerk was very helpful. He always had a 'friend' who could do a tour etc. But the friends all turned out quite well. The breakfast room is very pleasant. The offering was fine -- would have liked some fresh fruit. It is really located in a back alley, so our room had no sunlight. We had a quad (two adults and two children) which was really small. The night clerk was not helpful at all.
The service from the staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room was excellant. the location was great! The rooms were small and cramped as was the lobby area. hotel was ranked as 4 star but appeared as a 3 star. The food for the breakfast was old: the yoghurt was past the expiration date, apples had brown spots and they were the ony fresh fruit. the only other fruit was canned peaches.
Its very close to anything in Rome. The room smelled of smoke, the breakfast was terribly for a 4* hotel.
The renovated rooms on the upper levels very clean. Bathroom excellent. Nice quiet location. The entrance and ground floor area still in desperate need of upgrading/sprucing up. Although our room was clean it was very, very cramped. There was no room around the beds. For example, you could not pull out the chair at the desk which is at the foot of the double bed. We had to crawl over the beds and each other to get to bathroom and in and out of the room.
the hotel was overpriced for the quality of what we got. Other hotels offered more for less. The breakfast was awful and we never had hot water. The shower in the bathroom did not work and everything was very old. For a three star hotel we definately expected more!!!
The hotel needs total renovation
a peaceful hotel in the middle of a big city ,a good breakfast a nice and clean room .we will like to visit again.thank you from Aksel
the room was very small, with old furnitures, old wall painting, old and small bathroom, far from public transports
Hotel was ten/fifteen minute walk to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, room very clean and modern. Bed was very hard. Some areas of the hotel need modernising.
Change of room took place smoothly, thank you! When I was bedbound with a "broken" back I got breakfast in the room, thank you! It would be nice to have a shelf or cupboard in the bathroom for my creams and stuff. The closing of the bathtub "cork" was a bit tricky but it worked well enough upside down :)
Hotel personnel was very friendly and had a good sense of humour creating a nice and cosy athmosphere. The room was quite spacious and clean. Hotel location is peacefull. The breakfast was quite modest.
Its location was quite good and the staff friendly and helpful Having booked a single room it was just that - tiny [No room to walk between the sides of bed and the walls of the room!]Being right at the top - up stairs after the lift ended - it was also hot and right next to the motor for the lift. If anyone used the lift - anywhere in the hotel - you would certainly know about it because of the noise!!! Avoid room 651!!!!
The room was clean. It was too far from the principle tourist attractions, even though it was advertised as close to the Spanish steps.
Helpful staff, cleanliness, terrace garden rooms were quite small but I think that is gereral for Rome
Lovely and clean, not far from buses, No Jug for tea or cofee in room.
I liked the bathroom that was very comfort, clean and well decorated. Generally, the room was recently renovated, with much of wood and marble that I like a lot. The breakfast was very poor generally, and especially for a 4star hotel! It concluded only coffee, milk, juice(but not nice) and 2 more things to it only with sugar. Additionally, the staff didn't change the sits and the towels 4 nights that we were there. The max period by law is 2 days.
The staff were very helpful. The location was reasonable, near to termini and bus routes. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We asked to change room after 1st night because of noise fromd rain cover in road all night as traffic drove over it, this was not a problem for staff who gave us room at back. There was no bar in hotel or garden as advertised on website. If wishing to sit with friends at night you have to use the breakfast room, although there was no problem about supplying your own refreshments and using the coffee machine. There were no drawers in the rooms for storing clothes.
the location is wonderful, every thing aroun u is a walking distance
The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom was very small and the room had a strange smell. The walls are very thin and you could hear noises from street/other rooms. Wireless not available in the room.
We had sad news which prompted an early return to the UK, reducing our stay at the Gambrinus. The staff were excellent in the full cooperation offered.
the staff were quite nice. easy access to Termini and Repubbulica stations. bus stations near to the hotel. the room was clean and large enough for a single traveller. the wall was a bit thin because the snore from next room disturbed my sleeping. the outside was a bit noisy even around midnight. the sheet wasn't changed during the stay.
Reception Staff was helpful on the first day with maps and metro Very isolated at night and no restaurants recommeneded at night...hotel is outside the centre and all the tourist spots and it would be nice to go to the restaurants near the hotel after a long day of sightseeing and when I asked the reception for recommendation he gave us a cafe opposite where food not so good and after trying a few we found nice restaurants nearby on the last day!!
Breakfast selection is rather poor; rooms and bathroom are small; in the morning it would take minumum 5 min. for hot water to come
friendly staff potatoes in the breakfast buffet would be nice
Central location for touring
Everything! The first thing that greeted us was the friendly staff, the cleanliness, freshness and brightness of the hotel. The reception area was very welcoming and the little touches like the bowls of sweets and trays of biscuits, beautiful books to look through and fab decor. The rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast was wonderful with lots of choice and nicely laid tables, once again lovely and clean. NOTHING
Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Convenient for transport. Quiet location. Wireless internet was free but was difficult to access on the first floor.
They tried to be of service for every request. It was not directly accessible to taxi service
I liked the location and the staff. They didn't have air conditioning, it only worked the last day.
Location Front Desk Staff Room (304) was small, linen did not feel clean. Bathroom was not good. Shower did not work. We had to get our room changed. Overall, I would not return
Location was excellent. Within walking distance to all sights. Staff were very friendly and efficient.
The location was excellent. The staff was unprofessional, unhelpful.
Everything was delightful, reception staff, cleaning staff & breakfast staff. Reception/lobby was on the first floor. They also had a porter to take our bags. This was extremely helpful since we had my mother in law's wheel chair. There was nothing we didn't like.
The perfect location in the centre of the city, the nice room with a classic superior interior, good breakfast The bathroom was nice but after taking a shower, the floor was all wet due to poor sealing of the bathtub. Also dust in certain parts of the room. But still a nice hotel with a luxury atmosphere due to the interior.
Has an excellent location in the heart of rome.we reached most of the historical location by walking. The smell in the breakfast area.
in the center but quiet at night, very good breakfast, friendly and helpfull reception, good taxi'limo service
location and cleanliness No good coffee at breakfast!
Excellent location Service, starting from the basics such as a lobby or meeting area, hot water to wash at the morning, etc
Staff was attentive, courteous, friendly, professional and had a good sense of humor. The hotel itself was very tasefully decorated, offered a delicious breakfast in a lovely breakfast room. The location was perfect...we would stay here again. The carpeting in the rooms could use a good cleaning or should be replaced. Although the room and bathroom was very comfortable and tastefully deccorated.
The hotel is beautiful, well located, the bed in excellent and bathroom good as well. I suffered from overbooking and had to spend the firts night in another hotel from the same chain. Really anoying. Additionaly, frm what I read on Trip Advisor, it seems to be common in this hotel. Another down is breakfast. Althought is has everything you may want it is too much desorganised. You don't have access to water, bread, orange juice and coffee - the staff has to bring to you in the table but there is not enough people, or maybe they are not efficient so you never have all you need together....
perfect location, very friendly helpful staff
People are pleasant and personable
Fresh and modern look with plenty of character / perfect location / friendly, attentive and helpful staff variety of breakfast / lack of staff after midnight (neither of which caused us any great deal of inconvenience)
Cleaniness of the hotel and it's location Receptionist wasn't very friendly.
Overall very good nice job The breakfast tables are too small and it's hard to eat when you are with someone..
location air conditioner
Excellent location close to many of Rome's historic areas and good variety of restaurants/cafes. The staff were very helpful. Bright, modern interior was very welcoming. The inevitable street noise as in all major cities - not a major problem but something to be aware of, as we understand their best rooms are on the street side of the building. The double glazing did help to reduce the noise however.
I like the cleanliness and decor is beautiful very modern with a retro look. The staff are also amazing so nice and friendly.
The location. Close nearly to every interesting place in Rome. Easy access from the station and airport by de Leonardo Express. Cosy and nice hotel.Beautifly decorated and very nice people working there. We really liked it! The noise....but it is in the central historical Rome....so....understable!
The room was very good, good breakfast and it is near metro station. na
The fact that the staff were always available, very polite with a pleasant disposition, and helpful.
The english speaking staff were very helpful. Room very pleasent and the hotel is in atmospheric part of the city no.
The location of the hotel was great, just a few hundered metres away from the collosium. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The front desk staff was exceptional. The interior design was beautiful, the location was absolutely perfect - right next to the metro and colosseum. There were many (well priced) local shops and restaurants, but there weren't too many other tourists. They had great wireless internet connection as well. The only thing we were not very impressed about was that there was construction happening on the roof above our room - which was fine during regular hours, but one moring we wanted to sleep in and it had started at 7:30 (hammering right above our heads). All else was great, however.
Great location, beds were comfy, rooms were nice.
We were upgraded from the annex to the main building so can't comment on the annex. A very simple but good quality breakfast served each morning. The decor and furnishings very tasteful, comfortable bed. The location is terrific, and the local restaurants seemed like they were there for the locals not just tourists. The hotel is small and compact as was the room. The room lacked natural light, and the shower was a bit on the small side, but manageable.
Location was perfect! It was clean and staff was friendly although sometimes service was slow because staff appeared to be limited. Although the hotel was quite adequate and I would stay there again for location alone, it was not exactly up to the standard I would expect for the price that was paid.
Staff were very accomadating and made our stay a relaxing one. Hotel gives the impression of having more luxury on website than actual during visit. Room alot smaller than expected and dining facilities poor.
Hotel staff, dislocation room
The location, the staff, the breakfast. Noisy street but after walking in Rome for 12 hours then you sleep nevertheless.
It was very central to the sites and as we had never been to Rome before we where very pleased with the location. No.
Perfect location in central Rome. Very comfortable rooms and very helpful English speaking staff. We will certainly stay again at this hotel and will definitely recommend the hotel
Easy access to most attractions in and around Rome
clean, and room is big. service and location are excellent no
Location was great for sightseeing, close to bus statin and metro links, and easy to walk to many of the major sites. Rooms were small. Unable to get iron for the room (and there is a charge of 5euro to have shirt ironed). No British TV channels available during our stay.
good location, free mini bar, small but very comfortable room the taste of coffee
Everything, the location is excellent, staff are very helpful, rooms were lovely as was the breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel in the centre of Rome
Good location, friendship stuff
Our room at the Artemide was comfortable and well equipped. Staff at the hotel were excellent and very helpful. The free wireless and complimentary drinks included with our room were a nice bonus. Our room was at the front of the hotel and although fine with the windows closed, was very noisy if you opened them as the hotel is sited on a very busy road.
Exceptional service from staff. We checked-in before check-in time and a room was made available for us very quickly. Our stay was only 1 day so we did not have time to try the hotel facilities. Breakfast was included in the price paid for the room. We were leaving early the next morning and we were told that a take out breakfast would be ready for us. I found this very nice but the next morning no breakfast was available. Bed sheets and blankets not comfortable,
location. roof terrace the hotel is tatty and does not have the level of service I expected from a 5 star hotel ... the beds are incredibly uncomfortable and we slept badly. This is a 4 star at best and does not have any romantic or luxury component to it. The roof terrace is nice
The staff was extremely kind and assisted efficiently in providing good addresses and securing bookings for museum visits, etc. The rooms are very well equipped, very clean and comfortable.
The friendliness of the staff. The prices for the room service menu were extremely high. Also, the cupboards were not well designed (hanger rods placed very high and it was hard hanging clothes and getting them down).
the location and the view from the 7th floor restaurant the 6th floor breakfast buffet. Horrible flooring. staff not as attentive or as friendly as in other 5 star hotels we visited in Italy. Mirabelle restaurant was lovely, however the bar area needs attention, too small, and way too much traffic from kitchen to enjoy the beautiful guitarist
splendid breakfast with good view 7th floor bar and restaurant not open during our stay
the location and the room standard I did not like the breakfast. It was not up to the satdard of a 5 star hotel. Also thehotel was offering SPA services which were not located in the hotel , but in another hotel, which is not convenient especially during cold times.
Very nice rooms, clean, great service, nice location. Breakfast was execellent. Rooms and bathrooms were renovated. We liked everything...
Beautiful eurorpean decor, the terrase for a glass of Procecco, locations, quietness. price of meals
The hotel staff were veryprofessional. A really excellent hotel but Two very small picky points. For the early birds, the Gym and Breakfast only open at 7:00 If you are on a tour to the Vatican or outside of Rome, you could be leaving at 6:45, which therefore doesn't give you access to the breakfast, or gym.
Good location, qualified personnel, hotel corresponds to expectations of the guests. As a wish: to have own SPA zone. It is inconvenient to visit hotel restaurant in the evening, it is necessary to take a reservation at least, for a day earlier.
everything was excellent, but the breakfast was poor
best location that can be for family, center, but quiet. stayed with the kid and the room was upgraded to Delux triple for free. Very good terrace to have brcfst or lunch.
Friendly staff and good location Room service, mini-bar, etc were very expensive
Locations is great, hospitality was great, hotel atmosphere is excellent. Mix between classic and trendy. Breakfast.
The location of the hotel is fabulous! I could walk to the Borgese Gardens, the Trevi Fountain, The Spanish Steps and the Colloseum! The shopping in the area was fantastic! I only eat fruit in the morning and I found the fruit salad skimpy, composed mainly of apples and swimming in a sea of orange juice from concentrate. Surely a 5 star hotel should have a wonderful fresh fruit salad, with melon, kiwi, pineapple and berries.
Excellent service from all sectors ! Rooms are cleaned twice a day !
A lovely, elegant hotel located in a prime location! Excellent and very attentive service. Hotel staff made me feel very welcome and was extremely helpful in providing information about restaurants and things to see. I requested an early check-in and the hotel was able to acccomodate me. I would definitely stay there again. It was a little tricky trying to adjust the water temperature in the shower.
location near good restaurants and comfort no
We had some difficulties with our booking due to unclear communication with bookings.com but the hotel staff, in particular Claudio was fantastic and sorted it out for us very pleasantly and efficiently. He was also excellent with recommendations for sightseeing tours, restaurants etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fantastic hotel.Kind regards,Susan and Max.
We loved that we were very close to the train station termini. Location was great as was the staff We had a situation where our initial rooms bathroom smelled like sewage, the staff was quick to action and poured something down the drains, the smell did not pass so we asked for a room change and the staff again was very responsive and addressed our needs
Location Small room.
The location was why we chose this hotel. We were a twenty minute hoof to St. Peter's one way, and five minutes to the Coliseum the other way. It was a great home base from which to explore the eternal city. We were also surprised when they upgraded our room at check in. Room size was outstanding for an older hotel. We've stayed in many dozens of old hotels throughout Europe, so we are not surprised when some parts of the experience are a little ragged. It had been unusually warm. I figured the building's environmental systems had been switched over to heat for the winter, so our room was uncomfortably warm. After a shower, the tub took a long time to drain fully. The minibar was restocked before our second night. Even though we took nothing from it, we were charged for items used by previous guests. Lastly, we did not get turn-down service on our last night. But these kinds of missed details are typical for Europe, and did not bother us.
location, staff they cleaned our room just when we put "please make up our room" note; no russian TV channesl
location Altough it has been mainteined good, the building is very old.
The hotel was what I expected, and suited all my requirements The terrace restaurant and bar on the roof of the hotel is a huge disappointmnet. As a woman travelling alone I was made to feel distinctly unwelcome. Moreover, the food was not what one would expect at the price.
The roof restaraunt and bar were great. The room was small and the bed matress was very hard and uncomfortable. The rooms were too modern--when you go to Europe you want to stay where the rooms are old fashion and full of past times.
Location, Roof Terrace Room was poor, not refurbished, Bidet did not work (water pressure low), dark, looking to the inner side. We booked a room directly at Hotel Minerva in December 2009 and got a much better, larger room for the same price. Obviously booking.com is getting the low-cost left-overs.
- The location. - The services. Nothing
Excellent location - so close to thre Pantheon and walking distance from main sights.
location, view, comfort, services speed of in room house keyboard internet very slow
Service was superb. Classic elegance and at the same time, very convenient. Access from the main Piazza and to the marina.
excellent location , very fast elevators ,
v.good location and comfortable room
Perfect Location: very close to Railway station and hop on hop off buses. Yet quite close to all main attraction. Hotel staff is very helpful and polite and can recommend nice restaurants nearby. Rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. Highly recommended!!! it was a bit too warm in the room and we couldn't cool it down using AC. But opening windows has helped
Excellent room (inlcuding facilities), location, and staff. No.
Good location .. close to transportation, tour agency close by, easy walk to tourist areas. Great breakfast buffet included with stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. bathroom sink was cracked, stains around the tub faucet, tub was dull in appearance ... probably old and needs to be replaced.... internet connection weak or intermittent,
Excellent location, friendly staff conversant in English, comfortable room, and an early breakfast which for tourists with a full day planned was good.
Rooms were spacious and very clean, good location close to metro and termini station, good breakfast buffet, friendly and helpful staff
good enough for short business trip central lokation but really nothing around. very late chek in- after 2p.m. It is a question how to plan the day if I could can get in at 2p.m. ?
location, excellent service from the staff, room comfort, excellent resturant
