Overall customer service. The entire staff just didn’t care. The attendant who pulled up the car was on her phone cackling obnoxiously in the middle of my transaction. Called a month ahead of trip and asked if debit cards are accepted. Was informed that they would accept a debit card but a higher deposit is required. No problem there, but upon arrival was then told I'd be charged an extra $30 per day on top of the higher deposit for the daily damage waiver insur.5.6 Fair

Cons:
I rented a car in advance and the rental company at the airport closed earlier than their stated closing time and I missed the rental. So I had to rent another car and lost the $200 because it’s non refundable due to 3rd party rental. I will rent directly from the rental company from now on.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

the rental place was NOT at the airport and closed at 1:00 PM on Saturday! It did not mention that at all and I was not able to pick up the car. I had to taxi there and then back to the airport since it was closed! So very disappointed in this entire experience and want a full refund.Cons:

The car had scratches on the exterior and interior. Plastic wrappers, food, and dirty napkins found under the seat. I was worried about documenting these issues and did not record the starting mileage. When I returned the car, I was charged for an extra 300 miles. No way was that possible.Cons:
Transparency with enterprise agents. Woman verbally stated I would need to fill gas tank to 1/4 and never stated miles. When I returned the car, I believe she input the wrong starting mileage and also on contract said I need to fill gas to 1/2. Double check everything at this location.4.8 Mediocre

Our initial car was not very clean and then started to have engine trouble so we had to change cars mid way during our trip. Also I have not received my receipt! In addition I thought our pick up spot was at the airport but it turned out is was not and we had to Uber to the location.8.4 Very good

Please ensure that u add additional time to your booking in the beginning itself. They charged me for 2 whole additional days for returning the car about 3 hours late. Also, the Audi Q3 is not the best option for a long drive. The car hydroplaned massively on wet road conditions in upstate NY. Seat quality and ride quality left a whole lot to be desired. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed. Wouldn’t be recommending.9.2 Wonderful

2012 vehicle. Bubble on front right tire. Windshield wiper smacking right pilar. Many nicks and dings over the entire car which, as it turns out, blended in with most vehicles in Jersey... Only after you make to reservation you find out where the rental location is. Take the train to the "hotel pickup". Don't go to the "Rental Car" station. READ THE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY!8.0 Very good
