The crew was excellent. We brought our own snacks due to dietary requirements and personal preference. There was an ample beverage selection. The seating was comfortable enough. My only complaint was that there was no announcement, or at least none that we could hear, that our connecting flight was departing from a different terminal. That could been announced by the air crew in flight or before disembarking.

when we arrived crew told us our luggage was at a certain location , waited for nearly an hour after landing and no luggage was there. turned out the luggage was somewhere else far away and no one told us. very incompetent.

Both flights were on time and without in-flight issues. Although we had to check our carry-on bags at the last minute (cabins were full, no more room), our bags were on the baggage carousel very quickly. (Happened both ways.) Staff was friendly. Boxed water tasted weird (a little like cardboard?) but not a huge deal. Overall good experience.

5 hr flight with no meal service is just unacceptable. We got pretzels and a drink..

Although delayed an hour, the gate attendants kept us notified and the rest of the trip went off with no issues.

We showed up to our gate less than 15 minutes after boarding started and they wouldn’t let us in. It was still 15 minutes even before take off so we’re weren’t even late to the flight.
