As always the crew were super polite and friendly, sadly the weather & a minor mechanical issue reduced the quality of the flight, all’s well as it turned out. Still my favorite airline to fly with

Flight was way over-booked and the turn over too fast from the last flight to the next. We had delays both ways due to storms -- not our trip but the one the plane had taken before us. Just seemed like poor time management. Shouldn't there be a slight buffer built into the schedule? And every seat was full to the detriment of loading.

Delayed 2-3 hours. We boarded one plane, then had to deplane, and board another. Got to Houston 2 hours after the scheduled time at 2 am CST.

I paid a substantial additional fee to upgrade to Premium Class because I wanted a more comfortable, peaceful flight. Instead, Alaska seated a couple traveling with a 14-month-old lap child directly beside me. The child was loud throughout the flight—screaming, throwing objects, and tossing food around the row. What I paid extra to make relaxing and enjoyable became stressful, cramped, and absolutely miserable. There was nothing “premium” about the experience beyond a few additional inches of legroom. I understand that families and young children need to travel. However, Alaska sells Premium Class as an upgraded experience and charges passengers accordingly. If the airline is going to collect a significant premium for added comfort, it should give customers some meaningful way to protect that investment—whether through better seating options, advance notice, the ability to relocate when seats are available, or a refund when the experience is completely undermined. I would not pay for this upgrade again. It was a waste of money, and I intend to contact Alaska directly to request a refund of the Premium Class upgrade fee.

It differed from the flight out to Kona: fewer people thus a simple seat change was great. 1 row 2 seats. The menu was also better than the flight out as well. It arrived 45 minutes early.
