Terrible we had to wait out in the cold for transfer bus to take us to the plane. Once we finally got on the plane seat had no cushioning not comfortable at all. Food was overcooked and dried out. I was skipped over when they served drinks I had to call them back to give me a drink with my food. Overall terrible experience this time. I have used BA before and never experienced service like this before. If this keeps up I will look for other options

The seats often do not function - in the premium economy the seat does not lean back. The passenger in front of me decided to come and sit next to me on his own volition because his seat was not leaning back.

Heathrow Airport - a nightmare. BA flight, expensive for no other reason than the flight was full. So they will at least be happy. Departed late. Aircrew got the job done, but attendant responded to my question regarding purchase currency sarcastically. Comfort OK entertainment system OK, Landing time ahead slightly so well done pilot. Overall mediocre to OK but I'll fly from Gatwick next time!

The sitting for business class was very poor. It was cramped. Some of the seats were defective and could not be kept perfectly upright. If the passenger in front reclined, the passenger behind was trapped in a narrow space. I would consider other airways in the future.
