Connecting in Paris is always a wildcard, and this time was no different with the new EES system that people, including staff, don't really have a handle on. At least this connection didn't involve a bus, which has been a nightmare in the past. Boarding was a bit late, but once on the plane, flight was great. Very comfortable suites in business class. Service very good. Food was excellent. The Starlink WiFi was amazing. Worked well all the way from Paris to Atlanta.

Pretty straightforward flight. Boarding was reasonable and the plane itself (a newer A220) was clean and comfortable. Catering was decent. WiFi not very good, but flight wasn't very long, so not a big deal.

First, off the bat, the Delta gate attendant was rude, inattentive and gave us an attitude when we asked for clarification of our seats for this rebooked flight as we missed our connecting flight due to the delay from Berlin. Flight attendants were all but friendly, rushed through for water refills so you couldn’t even catch them to request more water. Snacks were just OK. Headphones for the movies were so bad that with the airplane noise, the volume of the movie wouldn’t go up enough to even understand the voices. I had to turn on CC to even know what was being said.

All flight attendants and pilots kept us informed regarding the mechanical delay , provided snacks and water when requested . Everyone worked hard and were very friendly.We had a great experience.

The landing was sooooo bad. I have never seen such a hit to the ground.i got a jerk to my back as i was sitting on the rear emergency exit. So felt the impact eveb stronger. While we exit from the plane the power to the plane was cut off

Not up to Delta standards. Flight attendant in FC seemed more about just going through the motions than providing friendly customer service. Efficient but mechanical. Never smiled. Never acknowledged pleasantries. Never offered to hang my suit jacket. Just did her tasks. Fine, but not an optimal customer experience. .

Another pleasant experience flying Delta! Boarding was easy and efficient. The gate area was clean and uncrowded, and the gate agent was friendly, courteous, and professional. The flight itself went like clockwork. We experienced a slight delay, but that appeared to be related to operations at LaGuardia rather than Delta. Once underway, the flight was smooth, and the landing was gentle and uneventful. The flight attendants were equally courteous, attentive, and professional throughout the journey. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Thank you, Delta, and well done to the entire crew! 🙏🏽💗
