I went to washroom twice and once there was no toilet seat cover and the other no toilet paper at all. I don't think it was ever replenished or checked before we boarded as it was very early on in the flight.
2 of the seats in row 31 the entertainment system was not working, and one seat the tray table did not go all the way down. Flight arrived early and departed on time which was great.
Very good flight crew and very nice people staff were incredible especially the gate agent
Waited at the usual crowded gate at DCA where one ends up standing up because there aren't enough seats.
The flight was delayed for about 2 hrs. Other than it, it was good.
Advertised fruit trays with cheese, but only snacks handed out!
The plant way delayed departing by 3 hours. It was an old airplane with broken seats and armrests. The bathroom made a hollering sound. A really crappy flight experience and travel day all around.
Premium economy is like the forgotten class. Aside from meal service never saw a flight attendant. Any additional beverages required going to the very back of the plane to request and there was rarely an attendant there. Seat leg / foot rest hardly elevates and not well suite for someone under 5’6. Bulky armrests
My experience on any Delta flight is always overshadowed by the time Delta removed me from a flight for no apparent reason.
There was no problems, just a little uncomfortable with seats that do not lay back a little
WiFi didn’t work the entire flight. Very disappointing. Minimal food and options - sadly the state of current affairs. All other aspects of the flight were fine.
Great flight - friendly and attentive team! Seats in coach were comfy, but a little cramped - but that is the case with all airlines ;)
The boarding by groups is pointless. The first two groups worked fine, but almost Noone boarded in goups three thru five leaving the vast majority boarding when group six was called. It defeated the purpose of spreading out the crowd.
For whatever reason, the flight was not catered -we were told it would be a 45 minute delay waiting for catering - so no food. There were opened candy and peanuts in the seatback pocket. Flight landed early in DFW but due to the assigned gate not being available, we sat on the ground for 30 minutes waiting for the gate to open - making the flight actually arrive at the gate late.
The pilot greased the landing and the crew was fantastic.
I bought wifi and most of the flight could not even use it my apps would just spin. I couldn't even listen to music. super frustrating.

Experience was good, however I had a delay due to weather happening and had to re purchase a seat on a new plane for a higher price (could be my own issue and misunderstanding) but other than that situation. First time flyer (by myself) was terrific!! The last from ORD to ALO didn't have wifi, but it was only 45 minutes so I'm sure that was part of the reason. Overall my experience was great! Next time I will remember to buy tickets with longer layovers. The delays really saved my overall anxiety. :)
Flight was on time is the only good thing. Person loading the plane called 1-6 to board at the same time, made it chaotic. Plane was too small for even putting backpacks in overhead. Seat for normal sized people were too small. The WIFI didn't work. When we landed had to wait because not enough ground crew.
Did not understand a single word the attendant said on the pa system. I was glad it was not an emergency.
They are very proactive and made our boarding easy and always notified us about any changes well in advance.
My seat was covered in vomit and I will be reaching out to Air Canada
It's kindof ridiculous that your system is even asking me about this since my flight was canceled and I wasn't rescheduled.
3 hr delay at the gate while they were doing maintenance. Next time, do not board passengers while maintenance is being performed
Digital check in is very poor with air canada compaired to other airlines
Baggage delayed we had to catch our cruise without any clothes 😒
Air Canada Rouge is great. Toronto Airport is the usual nightmare

It’s Spirit need I say more? Thank this little airline because without it the other airlines would raise their prices so much I wouldn’t be able to fly anywhere. It’s affordable and gets you where you need to go! I’m not flying to get a free bag of chips, y’know?
Seats Are hard, Plane was very dirty, used gum stuck on my tray table, wet red liquid under my feet at me seat
Honestly horrible. The plane on the way back was delayed 6 times with no explanation on why. When I asked for a refund or some money back because I had to miss a day of work because of the desk, they told me no. Because of how poorly it was handled I will most likely never take spirit again
Very positive in both directions. Safe travels, nice staff, lost and found in fact found my phone under my chair! I was out of cash after my NYC trip otherwise I would've offered a reward for helping my day out immensly! Thanks you so much Spirit staff!
Speaker airport didn't work well, so we couldn't hear the boarding call but the plane was on time leaving and on time arriving took a while for them to open the door and there was a non-disruptive guy who was inebriated a few rows ahead of us. Overall the flight was good and we appreciate the on-time-ness
My flight was delayed several times and eventually cancelled. Then the re-booked flight for 8pm was delayed multiple times over, and eventually it would have forced me to be at the airport for 9 hours. I accepted a rebook for the following day, fortunately I was able to stay with my friend again in New York, but if I didn’t have him as a resource it would have been much more upsetting.
It was delayed, and the airport had cockroaches jumping on our bags. The flight crew was great, the seats were pretty comfortable.
Delayed due to no pilot. Per FAA policy I do believe we are to be reimbursed.
I don’t like the idea of having to buy everything including a bottle of water when the other airlines are giving it to us
I like everything, my only draw back is us having to purchase the snacks and even water on the flight while the other airlines are offering it to us in flight
