service was excellent. crew very polite, courteous, and good service especially to passengers like me who is a wheelchair passenger

First of all it’s an American Airline flight not JAL as advertised. Code share is deceiving. Seats are uncomfortable. Stewards in our section were not friendly, felt rude at times.

Excellent overall, the staffs and amenities were delightful even using the outdated aircraft.

The flight was delightful overall. The check-in and boarding were on smooth and on time. Amenities and staffs were elevated. However, if glasses were served instead of cups, there should be a complete premium.

Sure I would’ve liked a little more space, but it was better than economy. I bring my own food because I have food allergies it would be nice if they offered larger salads or more vegetables instead of starch it was really a good flight. I don’t wanna complain. I’m grateful to fly at all safely. Thank you to the pilots.
