Very comfortab flight. The flight crew and service was terrific. The food was average at best.

First time flying. Very comfortable, plenty of leg room in economy. The food was good, as well as the snacks. Quick flight back from Kansai to HNL.

I wouldn’t know, I tried to contact you days before to reschedule my flight back to Okinawa but you left me on hold for 2 hours. I tried calling multiple times and not once did you pick up. I had to spend 2000 dollars on a one way ticket back to Okinawa because I couldn’t get ahold of you guys to change my flight.
