After boarding it was fine. Premium economy was not available for one long leg. Economy was very uncomfortable. They need to fix these issues. Planes are old. It gets more and more dangerous due to fatigue of plane parts. They need to upgrade before something goes wrong with the plane. Hazardous. Hari S Doss

No food at all so it was a bit of a culture shock for international travellers with connecting domestic flights.

Crew hospitality was as expected of a Japanese carrier, however the foods were lacking. The dinner options provided all contained pork and the breakfast was lacking in both quality and volume. I was starving throughout the trip.
