Terrible experience. Staff would not even refill my tea once. While they refilled a fellow Japanese persons wine 7 times. They also lost my luggage. Horrible. Go elsewhere

For a business class window passenger just to use toilet has to disturb the aisle passenger. Only the middle row has the freedom in this case. The flight from San Diego to Tokyo the seats were better positioned with the same configuration of 2-2-2.
