I enjoy flying American airlines. I tried to book American airline when I’m flying most places.

I enjoyed flying on Japan Airline. However, my flight from Osaka to Tokyo did not give us enough time to make my connecting flight. We missed our next flight due to the following: We were seated on row 24 which causes us to get off of plane late, having to go to the restroom, having to exit the airport and take a shuttle-bus from terminal one to terminal three, having to go through security and immigration. We were disappointed that we had to catch another flight

Flight crews are very attentive and polite. Cabin and toilets are clean. Food is above average for economy class. We missed our connecting flights because the first flight was delayed, the ground crews at Tokyo were very helpful, providing all the information and support (including cash for our train ticket) to get us to our destination. Very impressive. No wonder they are always at the top ten lists.

After boarding it was fine. Premium economy was not available for one long leg. Economy was very uncomfortable. They need to fix these issues. Planes are old. It gets more and more dangerous due to fatigue of plane parts. They need to upgrade before something goes wrong with the plane. Hazardous. Hari S Doss

Nice amount of space in economy seat. Very attentive attendants that allowed a seat change that helped several people. Morning meal could have been better.

No food at all so it was a bit of a culture shock for international travellers with connecting domestic flights.

The foods were lacking in both quality and quantity. I was starving.

Crew hospitality was as expected of a Japanese carrier, however the foods were lacking. The dinner options provided all contained pork and the breakfast was lacking in both quality and volume. I was starving throughout the trip.
