It is good. The aircraft is big enough for my legs. Just not that cold enough and food is not that good. There was a food that was supposed to be beef, but only onions, no beef inside.

Very poor experience and will never travel with JAL again. With Business class ticket i was told that there is no veg option for the 1st leg of my journey from Delhi to Tokyo while served horrible plant based meat on the second leg of journey even though i selected Vegetarian meals. Also entertainment system is worse than domestic flight with hardly any Hollywood movies and no hindi movies at all

The crew assisted the super senior citizen and accommodated her requests. Experience with crew was excellent. However the aircraft did not have a separate business class cabin. Some of the small offer to improve confirmt of passenger like making a bed in helping them sleep, closing the cabin door would go a long way as some of the traveler are not even aware of these facilities. Once they know, they may prefer flying business.

The supporting staff were good and supported a super senior citizen traveling alone. This is much appreciated. It would have been an excellent experience if your staff knew Kannada a local language. Without that, traveler had to scramble to understand the steps, the issued documents. and to find next steps.
