Flight crews are very attentive and polite. Cabin and toilets are clean. Food is above average for economy class. We missed our connecting flights because the first flight was delayed, the ground crews at Tokyo were very helpful, providing all the information and support (including cash for our train ticket) to get us to our destination. Very impressive. No wonder they are always at the top ten lists.

After boarding it was fine. Premium economy was not available for one long leg. Economy was very uncomfortable. They need to fix these issues. Planes are old. It gets more and more dangerous due to fatigue of plane parts. They need to upgrade before something goes wrong with the plane. Hazardous. Hari S Doss

No food at all so it was a bit of a culture shock for international travellers with connecting domestic flights.

The foods were lacking in both quality and quantity. I was starving.

Crew hospitality was as expected of a Japanese carrier, however the foods were lacking. The dinner options provided all contained pork and the breakfast was lacking in both quality and volume. I was starving throughout the trip.
