Cons: "There was a women on the flight with a dog. She went down the isle and was letting children pet it. I felt this lwas dangerous, as you never know what a child or dog are going to do. I had a nurse sitting next to me and she said you can’t believe how many children are bit by dogs who have no history. The crew did nothing to stop this"
Pros: "Crew was nice, food we had cookies and inflight beverages."
Pros: "Boarding process went very smoothly. Flight was on time when many others at the same airport were not. Capitan keep us informed well. Baggage came up very quickly in Denver."
Cons: "Plane comfort was okay but should be better. Need to review newer seats."
Pros: "As usual, the crew was very accommodating and helpful. The seat was as comfortable as possible on a plane. The second leg of the flight had a newer plane and seems to have a bit more leg room."

My husband and I both slept through most of it, happy that the attendants did not wake us up just to offer a drink"
Cons: "I thought we checked in early enough,was the day before, approx 18 hours before flight time.We actually ended up almost last on the plane and had to sit in the very back row,was not comfortable at all. can't really complain though,great price and a relatively short non-stop flight. slept most of way"

Cons: "There was absolutely no entertainment on board and was not able to plug into the Wi-Fi either."
Cons: "customer service to help get people to their connections and anticipate all of the issues with delayed and canceled flights ahead of time so they are not stranded overnight with no vouchers for food or accommodations."
Pros: "We were slightly delayed because of the weather, but our pilot was able to find a smooth flight plan and arrived with minimal delay."
Pros: "Timing of the flight was always good. Efficient flying. Crew was super helpful too even when passengers were a bit too much."

Cons: "The “Mediterranean tapas” meal is basically a tiny tiny school lunch, minus the comfort of PB&J. Want dried apricots? You get FOUR. All in all not too bad though. The entertainment/WiFi system is limiting- maybe REMIND us to bring headphones? And no WiFi unless you have T-Mobile? Tease."

Cons: "If there was a less than one star that is what they deserve. SFO flight was late. They gave away my seat on my connection to Kalispell. They basically blamed me for being late and not being there on time. Two others from my flight were allowed to make the connection but told me that they gave my seat away because I was late. We all showed up at the same time from the late flight. I talked to 3 people including customer service and did not get a single “I’m Sorry”. Do they not communicate with each other when a flight is late and they have passengers for connections running late? They told me they don’t talk. The best they can do is put me standby for 9:30 flight and if I cannot get on that flight I have to wait until morning. My daughter is in a competition tomorrow morning and thanks to Alaska Airlines I’m going to miss it. I’m sitting here writing this review, paying for a dinner I should not be paying for and probably searching out a hotel room until morning when I can catch a flight. Unbelievable the lack of empathy."

Pros: "Crew was great. Gogo flight entertainment was very good. Boarding was quick and easy."
Cons: "I upgraded to row 6 because I thought it would be more comfortable. I have now learned that the seats in row 6 are narrower due to the tray having to be the flip up type housed in the arm rest. This makes the seat narrower and quite tight for sized large people. 5 hours is a long time to sit in an uncomfortable seat. It did not compensate for the slightly longer leg room."

Cons: "we both bought food. Mine was great. his was mediocre. through no fault of Alaska airlines. we were in row with 3 seats. the other gentleman had a very high weight. He struggled to get his seatbelt to close. Not sure what you can do to fix that. Just a growing USA problem. Where he needed a seat and a half."

WHY would that not be ready when it was time?!) so we left 30 minutes late, didn’t make up any lost time at all in the air and we ended up missing our connecting flight because of it all."
Cons: "Well, you could have felt that when there is an unprecedented pandemic illness and federal guidance against travel that you don't doubly penalize customers who (1) cannot travel due to the extraordinary public health crisis of COVID 19 and, (2) are devastated that he cannot celebrate his best friend's 40th birthday despite being the thing he looked forward to for months and would love to use a travel voucher in the future when this whole thing eventually blows over. Imagine what your company could gain by being good."

Pros: "Crew was fine. Seat was mediocre. I was in the last row and the seat didn’t recline. Was bumped by crew and passengers for the duration of the flight."
Pros: "When I checked in for my flight I was given another passenger’s ticket (very similar name) and my checked bag was then sent to this other flight destination. when I got to my gate (correct destination) I discovered the error. The gate crew worked hard to get my checked bag off the wrong flight and rerouted to my flight within 20 minutes of my flight’s departure."

We told them that we had liquids in there & would need to check them in at the kiosk bc tsa would throw them away. Pros: "Nothing. Delayed for 4 hours. No time change updates were ever provided at the airport. No communications provided as to why our flight was delayed. No other options given. No food or drink vouchers given & of course, no discounts provided for future travel. Not that would EVER fly Sun Country again"
Cons: "Communication and updates. At the very least, food and drink vouchers. 4 hours is a LONG time to be delayed. Extra points had the airline reimbursed their $40 ONE WAY bag fee regardless whether it’s a carry on or checked luggage."

Cons: "I paid additional money for 3 seats together, when I got to check in I was told I cannot do that. I had to sit separately from my children. I was sat next to an obese man. I kindly asked the flight attendant if I can take empty seat across the aisle from me and was told no without a reason. I thought we were doing social distance ,but apparently not. As for there earlier claim of no 3 seats available next to each other .. it was obviously a lie because the seats just across from me where empty. I hope not to fly on American Airlines again."
