Southwest has inacted unfriendly customer policies like other airlines. Watch the fine print very carefully if you are having to alter flight arrangements. Rules are now complicated and very stilted to travelers sacrificing travel funds (unlike before where the simple, straight forward flight change policy was worth the extra premium for ticket price.) On the positive side, SW Flight crews are still wonderfully helpful.
Terrible all around. Left prior review detailing massive delay/cancellation to then rebook travel. Topping on the cake was lost luggage even after travel to ultimate destination was secured on a new plane(s).
The new boarding process was easy and straightforward. Very pleasant.
It was good from LAX to Phoenix, But the connection in Phoenix to Tulsa was not that great. The staff on both flights were great. The choice of free entertainment was ok nothing to brag about. The 45 min delay because of some electrical issue wasn't great from Phoenix to Tulsa. We sat there with hardly any air, The seat I had was between windows so the side of the plane pushed in on you. My being a bigger man it then made the seating area uncomfortable. The seats on the plane had no power to connect to recharge your phone or anything. I would recommend that they should look into a slot or clamp to hold your phone to enjoy while watching the entertainment choices hands-free. Also make it possible to raise the inner seat by the window be able to raise the arm rest up to make more room for larger people to set more comfortably. I would also say other then that stop price gouging the airfare or nickel and diming everything. Not fair for people having to fly for emergencies and be paying for higher prices due to the season or holidays. Your making your money either way and the cost of flying is still going to be the same regardless if there's 100 people or 200 people.
WiFi did not work. Boarding with the new seating assignments took too long. The temperature in the terminal was obnoxious. +/- 80°
Never went on board this flight. Kayak uses Underpricer (which is a scam business) as it's "customer service provider". This customer service is a classic bait and switch "service". I Got caught in the UnderPricer Bait and switch scam. 14 hours on the phone with people from India with heavy accents and upselling me to useless products. The original sell was a flight on spirit. Then they contact me later, an say after they have my money that the flight is no good as is is only one seat for a party of two. I am still in dispute to get my money back. Went to Spirit direct and had a beautiful vacation. I should never have used Kayak and their rip off artists UnderPricer.
Haven’t flown on SW in years. Flight was on time departing and arriving. Served vegan butter onion flavored pretzels which were bad. Coke served was in a tiny paper cup. Crew was not engaging. Felt like they were going through the motions. Old plane, tight seats and no leg room.
I liked receiving attention from aged and well experienced flight attendants. I disliked the non-gluten-free snack but I brought my own so I was OK.
I like everything about Southwest. From customer service to crew and prices. I travel a lot during the year and Southwest is the best!!
Everything went smoothly and the plane wasn’t full. It was delayed though. The delay was increased due to a crew change which was frustrating.
Delta off boarded and boarded the aircraft quickly. Clean cabin and great gate and onboard service.
The seats were really comfortable. Flight crew were friendly with passengers. Overall was a great flight.

In a world of delays, Delta was on time both ways! Boarding was fast and efficient. Staff was friendly. AND wifi worked.
Unfortunately I was stuck next to someone who should have purchased 2 seats instead of taking up their space and mine. I couldn’t move the entire 3+ hour flight. Very uncomfortable flight.
More extra space was awesome. Even though I was on the first groups to board, bin compartments were already occupied by passengers seated on other seat numbers. That is unacceptable.
Crew went over and above to be helpful. Plane had mechanical problems that caused us to depart late.
The flight was excellent, I recommend people to fly with Delta
There is no free Wi-Fi or screens in the seats for this flight. It would be nice if they had actual actual healthy drink options like a flavored sparkling water. The flight was very dark because nobody was sitting on the left side and they didn't open any of the windows. The plane was kind of and had small overhead bins. There was no distinguishable difference between economy and comfort Plus.
When we enter the airplane there were many water drops falling from the ceiling all the way long to the seat , and when it departs were even more over us getting the hair wet , and later on was too hot , the A/C not work well.
Sitting in coach even in the larger leg space is extremely uncomfortable and the staff pay no attention.
Really delayed, no effort to support customers other than “sometimes we run late.”
It was serviceable, nothing special but nothing awful on this leg.
On boarding crew at the airport called in the boarding numbers too early meaning before the previous line was completed resulting in later numbers getting to board ahead. Also she asked those who boarded from number 3 to have the tags in their carry-on bags and leave it in the jet bridge. Most of the overhead bins were empty though. This is more work for the ground staff in addition to more inconvenience for passengers waiting to get their carry-ons from the jet bridge.
Boarding time was delayed in more than two hours. Then another hour on the ground before take off. Wi-fi was not working throughout the flight. Business class in even rows by the window are not so comfortable. And space for feet always feel tight. Had a meeting in New York early the following day with multiple people and had to request a delayed start.
The flight was excellent. Their was no service as we boarded, the flight attendants spent about 30 minutes just taking and not really caring that the cabin was about 80 degrees and did not offered any beverage to first class passengers or any passenger. The flight from DEN to ONT is not long but not under an hour, we received one drink and bag of chips if you were lucky. I was in first class…. I did leave my hat on the plane and it only took less than five minutes for a United rep to locate and bring it to me.
Awful. There was a minor problem with a fridge and they had us 2 hours in the runway before take off. The paper work alone took them half hour. There was no attemp to make up time up while in teansit and when we arrived, they had us another half hour in the plane because of traffic. I, and a bunch of people, lost their onnection flights for 5 to 10 minutes. Not even the attemp to wait given thar all delays, but the taxing, were United's fault. Then another 45 mins to get an agent and no flight alternatives for 2 days. Im am very disapointed with this "premium carrier".
IT WAS A LONG TIME SINCE THE LAST TIME I TRAVELED. I THOUGHT I WAS TO BE LOST BUT EVERYONE WAS PRETTY NICE WITH ME AND MADE MY EXPERIENCE NICE. THANKS
The baggage handlers broke the handle on my bag that they put under the plane that I checked on the jetway. They traded it out for a less quality bag in Tulsa. But, they said they would try to fix it. Bologna! There was no fixing that bag handle. Someone didn’t care how they treated the bag.
There was a delay that was unexpected. The seats were uncomfortable for the length of the flight.
American airlines is always delayed in their flights. No access to wifi unless paid
The boarding and fllight were good. The reason for the ok rating was the long walk to get to the transport to finally get to the gate.
This flight was delayed but it worked in my favor because my Atlanta to Dallas flight was delayed.

Flight was canceled. I asked to be rerouted to OKC and then took an Uber.
Flight from Dallas to OKC was good, but my trip was interrupted due to a delayed flight from Austin to DFW, which happens all the time. I frequently miss my connection from DFW and American can never seem to make this work!
This was a pleasant, short flight and the crew was friendly.
No choice of meal in first class. Was the worst meal I’ve ever had in first class.
Do not rebook people without asking .. threw the whole return trip off
First off, I never complained so it is not the crews fault. The lady to my left did not respect my seat whatsoever. She was too big to lower the armrest and basically sat on me the entire flight. She was against the window. I was in a middle seat. For future reference, American, please make sure the armrest will lower or get someone a larger seat/2 seats.
