wifi too slow or would not connect and entertainment kept on freezing

Cancelled my flight. Left me in airport for 12 hours. Rude gate attendants. Worst delta experience I’ve had. I hope they have a focus group and return to thinking about customer service.

The seats were really comfortable. Flight crew were friendly with passengers. Overall was a great flight.

Great crew, flight on time, luggage pick up a breeze

Unfortunately I was stuck next to someone who should have purchased 2 seats instead of taking up their space and mine. I couldn’t move the entire 3+ hour flight. Very uncomfortable flight.

More extra space was awesome. Even though I was on the first groups to board, bin compartments were already occupied by passengers seated on other seat numbers. That is unacceptable.

Crew went over and above to be helpful. Plane had mechanical problems that caused us to depart late.

The flight was excellent, I recommend people to fly with Delta

Smooth boarding and I always like when the crew asks passengers with tight connections to deplane first. I wasn’t in that group but many times needed to be. When the staff asks for it the other passengers usually listen.

When we enter the airplane there were many water drops falling from the ceiling all the way long to the seat , and when it departs were even more over us getting the hair wet , and later on was too hot , the A/C not work well.

I had 1 hour to connect flights. Boarded the first plane with a broken restroom and captain decided that the 1.25 hour flight couldn’t leave until fixed. Needless to say, I missed my connecting flight and will arrive at my final destination 6 hours late.

I understand that the plane is a regional jet, but American Airlines can do better! They have been operating these planes for 25 years by now. The seats are uncomfortable, and both boarding and deplaning are painful and waste a lot of time due to carry-on baggage.

The flight had a 6 hours delay. This should not happen to anyone. Airlines should provide an alternative with no additional costs.

AA was a very good experience. The employees are wonderful

We had a very pleasant flight with very comfortable seats and nice staff.

LATE LATE LATE!!! Plagued by late AA flights on this trip. Such a drag. This one was by far the worst.

Seats in coach aren't padded enough for a 6 hour flight

My trip was delayed for more than 3 hours without any explanation. Also I have a business meeting that I lost.

the handling of my luggage. It was Lost or stolen At my destination.

If we travel with carry on expected to being able to carry the luggage. Could be good if take in consideration the date of reservation to do that
