The flight was mostly smooth and direct (although it was 2 hours late). The glow of the flight attendant’s phone was annoying as I tried to sleep on this midnight flight.
The plane was not clean. Vomit was removed from seat-back pocket right in front of me. The flight attendants were rude to one another. 3 children were seated together with their parents across the aisle. The children fought physically with one slamming another’s head into the plane wall at one point. The parents were aware, but took no action to intervene. Delays occurred in Atlanta after boarding before takeoff, in the air, and in Detroit after landing (no ground crew assigned). Flight attendants offered no support for connecting flights. There were weather conditions on each end of the flight, but I didn’t mark down my ratings for these.
The seats were really comfortable. Flight crew were friendly with passengers. Overall was a great flight.

Unfortunately I was stuck next to someone who should have purchased 2 seats instead of taking up their space and mine. I couldn’t move the entire 3+ hour flight. Very uncomfortable flight.
More extra space was awesome. Even though I was on the first groups to board, bin compartments were already occupied by passengers seated on other seat numbers. That is unacceptable.
Crew went over and above to be helpful. Plane had mechanical problems that caused us to depart late.
The flight was excellent, I recommend people to fly with Delta
Smooth boarding and I always like when the crew asks passengers with tight connections to deplane first. I wasn’t in that group but many times needed to be. When the staff asks for it the other passengers usually listen.
When we enter the airplane there were many water drops falling from the ceiling all the way long to the seat , and when it departs were even more over us getting the hair wet , and later on was too hot , the A/C not work well.
Boarding was awful - no order, people cutting in line, completely chaotic Planes are very old and uncomfortable. Noticeable difference between Delta and United on same route.
It’s was ok just I missed the crew member passing offers water or juice during the flight not just when offer the dinner or breakfast.
My luggage never made it, I booked business class only to find out I’m sitting in the back. Very disappointed with the reservation
AA was a very good experience. The employees are wonderful
We had a very pleasant flight with very comfortable seats and nice staff.
LATE LATE LATE!!! Plagued by late AA flights on this trip. Such a drag. This one was by far the worst.
Seats in coach aren't padded enough for a 6 hour flight
My trip was delayed for more than 3 hours without any explanation. Also I have a business meeting that I lost.
the handling of my luggage. It was Lost or stolen At my destination.
If we travel with carry on expected to being able to carry the luggage. Could be good if take in consideration the date of reservation to do that
