Cons: "Hello, I just needed to voice my dissatisfaction with this fight. I’m not sure if every Westjet flight I was lucky and had amazing crew members or if the staff on this flight was having a bad flight. Our flight was delayed by 75min. The flight crew did not attend to any requests from the customers for the 75min we were on the tarmac. I asked for headphones and the crew member look agitated I asked made a remark about how nobody buys them so she didn’t know how much they are. She said she would come back with the price, and did not. I had to wait for the beverage cart and then order them again. Then I asked for an additional can of ginger ale. The gentleman said he’ll need to come back (as he was cleaning the garbage). He never came back. I had to hit the assistance button again and got the original woman. Once again agitated and when I asked she said to wait for the beverage cart again. After another 10-15min they started the beverage service again. On previous flights there were delays, shorter like 30min westjet crew members gave free headphones. And those are the kind of experiences I’ve come to expect from westjet. Not the free aspect but flight crew that care about the customers. The entire crew on this flight was agitated and annoyed from boarding and it definitely showed. Small things like even a smile or even sorry everyone, would’ve gone a long way. But when the crew doesn’t care the flight gets 10x longer, and when the flight is already delayed by 25% of the flight duration it comes to a point where you’re counting down the seconds to get out. The delay was unfortunate and out of the control of the company and crew but that doesn’t mean the crew couldn’t still make it into a memorable experience for the guests."

Cons: "There is a Covid-19 outbreak and this airline refused to change my flight. They are a disgrace."

Cons: "Flight was delayed only a few minutes before initial boarding. The inconsistent communication ‘tween screens, loud speaker, & sent to my phone lead me to wait on line to speak to the person at the gate for clarity-when my turn came he did not help me but some pushy other passenger despite my protest"
Cons: "The agent spents too much time attempting to rearrange the line up rather than help guests check-in, causing a backlog. When issues were brought to them, they seemed disinterested in solving the problem - water was spilled in line and when brought to the agents attention she seemed annoyed."

Cons: "Porter is incessantly late every single time."
The flight was delayed for five hours due to airplane issues.
Cons: "The boarding announcement speaker was broken, so the flight attendants needed to yell out."
Cons: "The flight boarded twenty minutes late despite the plane being at the gate early scheduled departure. Baggage took another forty minutes to load. Then they decided there we were overweight (data that should be known before the cargo was loaded) and off loaded two people. Then after another delay they realised that off loading people meant off loading their baggagge, total delay nearly 2 hours The hedset socket on the entertainment system did not work The USB port did not work THey ran out of food after serving three rows, loaded four sandwiches, no wraps and 2 cheese plates for a full evening flight that was over 5 hours in duration including the delays."

Cons: "Having air conditioning on an aircraft is critical on a hot summer day. Especially when a flight is delayed 2 hours on the tarmac! Miserable."
Cons: "Well the flight was delayed out of Indy and then due to some emergency at Ohare, we taxied for at least 30 minutes causing me to be late for my connecting flight and now I'm still here waiting for my new flight which is delayed."

Cons: "The first class seats on these newer 737-800s are VERY disappointing. Width is ok, but legroom is on par with economy expectations. With my tray out and the person in front of me reclined, I could barely see my laptop. There is also very little space under the seats, especially for the aisle seat."

Worst flight experience in my 74 years. Air Canada denied me the right to take the flight even though the jetway door was open. Never encountered such unprofessional staff in my life. Air Canada? Never again. Worst customer service and I will go out of my way to NEVER fly Air Canada again.
I needed special assistance and all staff members, from check in to boarding and also disembarking were extremely helpful. The seats were reasonably comfortable.
Really good, current entertainment selection. Kind, efficient hardworking cabin crew. Up-to-date helpful information from captain.
Flight left on time and landed early. Crew did a great job.
They canceled my flight, without telling me. They didn’t refund me either, they gave me a credit.

Cons: "My SAS flight (which was operated by Air Canada) was delayed by more than 2 hours. A friend who was a fellow passenger was charged for 1 piece of baggage. She should have gotten a break from the baggage fee because of the delayed departure. That's another thing. Why is it that some passengers (like my friends and I) didn't have to pay for our checked baggage, but some passengers (like my other friend) had to fork out a fee for her checked baggage? While we were waiting for our trash (after our meals) to be picked up by a lady crew member, she took so long chatting with a couple of passengers that we had to wait a few minutes before she can get our trash. By then I was dying to get to the bathroom and nearly had an accident as a result. In the future, I'll try to avoid flying with any SAS flight (operated by Air Canada) if I can help it."

Cons: "It was a 787 but any or all room was taken into cramming more seats. Food was the worse I've ever had on a long distance flight. Bland and despicable. This is the worse international flight as far as room or food. Requested for an exit row seat but was told it was an additional $125 charge. Really that's how Air Canada is getting business by giving customers a very poor experience. A group of four us traveled on this trip and we had the same consensus and won't be recommending Air Canada."

Cons: "I paid extra to sit beside my girlfriend and bring a full size carry-on then the flight required that some people check their carry-ons because of space limitations. I would like to be reimbursed for the additional fee I paid to not check my bags."
