Cons: "They did not let me select my own seat. They stuck me in an aisle, which I can't stand. I only flfy JetBlue and only get window seats. Always. They told me there were NO window seats left except $95 extra room. They said I would go through Security priority. That was not true--you ended up in exactly the same giant line as everyone else. AND after shelling $95: (1) there WERE window seats available--so JetBlue basically lied and stole from me (at Christmas time! $95 fewer gifts I could buy) and (2) the seat was attached by Velcro to the seat back and kept coming slightly separated which caused me to end up with a pinched lower back nerve."
Pros: "The attendants were super sweet. I had hurt myself before the flight (nothing caused by the airline) and they were very accommodating. One of the workers pushed me in a wheelchair to luggage, which was super helpful. First time flitting on Jet Blue and it was a very positive experience."
Cons: "There is a control on the armrest and I accidentally messed with my boyfriends controls (lowered the volume). Also, the touchscreen needs to be a bit more sensitive. I tried pausing the movie I was watching and it forewarned the movie. I tried to find the spot I was at but while pausing (announcements during the trip) it kept forwarding so I have up on that movie. Minor annoyance."

Flight cancelled going to FLL and flight from Miami delayed 6 hours. Had to rebook or miss connection.

Pros: "Delta is doing such a good job keeping people spread out, keeping masks on, and giving wipes and hand sanitizer out. They gave snacks in individual baggies with hand sanitizer. I felt so much safer than I did on a similar flight operated by American Airlines where essentially no precautions were taken."

The entertainment box wasn’t working. The food was mediocre. The fruit was warm. The tiny salad was good. The champagne wasn’t cold. I really expected more from First Class.

I leaned toward the middle seat but still got hit with the cart, people’s bums, their hips, etc. The flight landed at 4am, so I was tired and really wanted to sleep but couldn’t. Also, the AC was not working during the flight. We were all melting until we started descending. Then, while waiting to get off the plane, they turned off the AC completely. Bad move."

Cons: "I arrived at the airport in time but at the ticket counter they said I was three minutes late for check in and would not allow me to check in and get on the flight. As a result, I missed my flight home after Thanksgiving and had to miss a day of work and pay for cab and accommodations for the night. I also had to pay $100 for a flight change fee. It felt like there was no interest in customer service. Instead I found "gotchya" policies that seemed designed to generate extra fees. There were other frustrated Spirit customers at the ticket counter as well. I would not recommend Spirit going forward."

I understand the mission of Spirit but when someone purchases a 1 stop or more trip it can be very costly! On my return flight first they delayed the flight by 2 hrs, then extended the delay by another 4 hrs and finally canceling it altogether! Had to spent 600$ for driving to and staying in Atlantic city (since they did not have any next day flight from Newark!) to catch the next day flight! Overall very poor and not flying again with them!!!"
