We had to change our pick up time due to delays. We tried calling the Albany location MANY times but no one answered. Then we called Avis directly and they said there were no cars available if we changed our time, even though we had booked a vehicle. We ended up with no car and had to find alternate transportation. Cons:Staff needs to clean the cars inside and out before renting. I went inside a vehicle and it wreaked of cigarette smoke. It was disgusting. Another vehicle wasn’t clean on the outside.Reviewed May 17 2021
