Pros:
My car wasn’t readily available and I was asked if I could wait. Any other time would have been fine except that I really needed to get on the road in order to arrive to my destination on time. Samira jumped in to help, and intervened in a very creative way. She was extremely helpful, thinking out the box and found me a car right away. I was out the door within minutes after that. She made the drop off a very quick and smooth process too. It’s great to see that there are people in the service industry who still genuinely care. Thanks to Samina this will become my go to car rental location.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Cons:
The van I was going to rent had a tiny dent in it. I simply did not want to be responsible for the dent so I pointed it out to the rental agent. They would not rent me the van with the small dent and chose to grab a different van from the lot which had recently been turned in and had me wait over 20 minutes while they “detailed” that van. I took that van, which was clearly detailed in a hurry, and found used napkins, grocery bags, crumbs, etc inside it. I’m a father of three and not super picky. But that’s Not exactly what one hopes to find in a rental vehicle, especially during COVID.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The staff was great. They got me in and out within minutes. The rental was as good as the higher priced competitor I used the week before and was just over half the price. I rented the car in the middle of a winter storm and they made sure they marked that they were unable to clean it (their water source was frozen solid) so that I was not charged for cleaning.Cons:
I was unaware that the engine would stop at to conserve energy. Something that would notify me of that would have been nice. I was worried the whole drive that the vehicle was going to break down. When I mentioned it at drop off they told me that was a fuel saving feature.10.0 Wonderful

If you book within 24-48 hours of your rental they don't guarantee a car will be available. I showed up at 11am, there was one receptionist and literally 14 people waiting in line ahead of me. I walked out and fortunately was able to get a car at a different rental place.10.0 Wonderful
