Pick up and got me to my destination on time
Pros: I like how I had to be somewhere at 8AM and Daniel picked me way before the time the representative told me to.
Cons: That the deposit was quite high.

Pros: I got a free upgrade to a larger vehicle because it was my birthday! Pickup took a bit longer and was slightly less straightforward than I would have preferred, but overall I had a good experience with my rental.

Not Getting what you paid for
Pros: Unlimited mileage, somewhat comfortable and roomy.
Cons: Price was no where near what was estimated.
Not as clean as it could be, there was an odor and stains.

Very disappointed with Enterprise
Cons: Closed at noon so we had to change our reservation to the airport the next day because they are not open on Sunday. Worked everything our on the phone only to show up the next day back at the airport and have to speak with the horrifying manager, only to end up paying more than agreed upon on the phone.
Icing on the cake: When they asked me why I didn't go to the other location 1 mile away and get a car the previous day, I just about lost it. I asked the guy on the 800 number and he said going back to the airport was the only option. Then they told me the airport was more expensive and tried to charge me an extra $400 before finally talking them down to an extra $110. Then the horrible told me to take it or leave it and wouldn't even add my girlfriend on the policy for no extra charge
Cons: • Will "hold" reservation for less than 60 min
• Arrived about 15 min after supposed 60 min-end of reservation, and vehicle was already rented for another "reservation". That means only 1 vehicle was moved to this location by its staff for 2 close-in-time reservations
• Unprofessional conduct/attitude: "Sorry dude"
• While walking out of location, another customer advised that that was "ridiculous" and "unacceptable". He advised he had made reservations with this location on prior occasions and experienced the same problem.

Sunday rental returns
Cons: Why give people the option to return a vehicle on Sunday without disclosing that the facility is closed? All of the local rental offices are closed on Sunday and if you return a rental car on that day of the week, the 800# customer service line reminds you over and over that you are responsible for whatever happens to the vehicle when you leave it in their lot.....if you decide to return the rental car on the following day (Monday) because of this, then they'll charge you an extra $10.00.
Seems pretty cheesy to me.....this should clearly be disclosed when someone schedules to return a car to a rental office that won't be open.
