Perhaps a tutorial on use of radio equipment, AC and other features might be helpful, especially to those of us who don't normally drive and aren't up to speed with all the new bells and whistles that cars have these days.10.0 Excellent

Staff was friendly and accommodating, super helpful and professional, pick up and drop off very easy. Car was basically brand new and very clean. Thank you very much to Dan and Tim for making it quick and easy, ...and driving me home. I know where to go when I’m looking for a next rental...Cons:

Pros:
Customer service at this rental agency was excellent, Josh did a great job of answering my questions over the phone and making sure a car was available and ready when I arrived. Local knowledge and history of the area from some of the other employees was helpful and spot on.Cons:
There is no parking lot so had to look over my car in the busy street in front of the building.3.6 Mediocre

1. Phone of Rental location was out of order. 2. pick and drop service mentioned on website was not available. 3. Inspection Sticker of car was expired. I got ticket of 40 US $. 4. I paid all Tolls but after 4 days $ 14.45 was deducted from my credit card as Hertz toll charges. 5. Took a long time to get car. 6. Only one car was available at the time of pick up. I had booked camry but got another car. 7. The fuel tank was not completely full when i took the car.10.0 Excellent

Guy checking me in was very friendlyCons:
1. Car was very dirty and had stains on the passenger seat and ceiling 2. When I was picking it up, I had to do an inspection in a dingy garage and the guy who took me in my car acted as though I was being unreasonable for wanting to do a walk-around and checking off every scratch and dent before taking off with the car. Because the lighting was so bad, I didn't see many of the scratches and dents until I parked the car outside, which I hope I am not charged for, since I didn't cause them.Payless

Friendly staff, fast pick up, reasonable price, easy drop off.Cons:
The car was a bit uncomfortable, but I rented a compact so I guess that’s to be expected. Also I couldn’t find the outlet to plug in my phone and connect it with the car’s screen. I found an outlet to charge my phone, which was helpful, but I could never get my phone to connect to the car.2.0 Mediocre

I booked a car online, got to the place at the specified time, and there was no car. Not even a different car that I could rent. I wasted so much time and money ubering to and from the place, and missed a day of work since I need a car for my job. Furthermore, its obvious someone is smoking cigarettes in the lobby- the place stinks. However, the girl behind the counter was VERY sweet and kind, wanted to do something to help but her hands were very clearly tied.9.6 Excellent

When making the reservation, it wasn't until after I received the confirmation email that it was stated that there was a fee after a certain amount of miles. This needs to be stated upfront.7.2 Good

Ended up switching my reservation to Summit office. Staff at both offices were professional and pleasant. Will definitely continue to rent from them.Cons:
Office was very busy so they had to wash a car for me. While I waited. Car didn't end up being as clean as I would have liked...mostly the windshield. Considering they were able to switch my rental location at the last minute, I didn't want to make a fuss.10.0 Excellent

Upgraded me to a more appropriate sized cargo van for same price. Van was nearly new and very comfortable. Picked me up and dropped me off.Cons:
Confusion about commercial plates on van and whether private car insurance and or credit card would cover an accident. Had to buy CDW.Avis
